This store is so much better than Briarwood’s & State St.’s. Absolutely amazed and blown away by their consistency in portion sizes. Whoever makes the mobile orders in the back has to be getting cracked real good because by God this shit is amazing. Wow. 5/5 ⭐️

Every trash can was overflowing with trash. Every table needed to be wiped. Down. There was no ice and the soda coming out of the fountain was warm. They were out of chips and black beans. The lady making the bowls was extremely rude. She wouldn’t fill her spoon with the ingredients. My wife’s bowl wasn’t even half full. Extremely terrible service. When I asked to speak to a manager she said they just left. How does a manager leave his or her restaurant in such a mess. They should be terminated.

So bad! can’t even put in words. They were out of chicken, steak, vegetables, and cheese!!!! Tables were dirty, one person served people, and he was new. Empty pots were piles behind him. Trash was full beyond the rim, and the drink stations were dirty. Never again.

We originally ordered at Briarwood. They got an for 5 completely wrong. We were frustrated because every single person did not get anything that they ordered. We could not get through to Briarwood over the phone. We ended up calling the Washtenaw branch. Amani answer the phone. He apologized for us having the wrong order and was very empathetic, professional and kind. He took the time to hear me out, even though it was a different store that had made the mixup. He went and tried to find a solution and spoke with his manager., He gave me some options of what I can do. I haven’t had such wonderful customer service, That went above and beyond and even gave me phone numbers and suggestions. I haven’t had that kind of five star quality service since before 2020. If I was still recruiting for customer service, Amani would be my top choice. Thank you for turning a frustrating situation into a pleasant one.

This chipotle definitely stands out from others i’ve been to before. Good food, surprisingly clean compared to other fast foods. Amani stood out, very polite, and efficient at getting my order. It was cool to see he had a twin. It’s clear to see he cares about customer service, definitely one of the reasons I will come back!

When going to Chipotle there is a 50/50 chance in rather your good will be good or bad.
I returned with a free meal for this trip because my previous order had uncooked rice.
With it being such a big establishment I feel like the staff needed more help as it was very busy.
This bowl was more tastier than the last but I feel you could get better at an authentic Mexican restaurant where you can sit have a good atmosphere etc.

We wanted to go eat chipotle for lunch, I wanted chicken and my boyfriend did as well so we were forced to have a mixture of meats because apparently they weren’t cooking due to catering. The rice was undercooked and my bowl was barely full. I love chipotle but I wouldn’t recommend coming to this one. The service was also bad one girl being very rude to customers. I understand food service is stressful however if you aren’t making food why are you open?

If I could give them 0 stars I would, they didn’t put any rice in my bowl a half scoop. had all the workers sitting in the back while the line was so long, continued to give me 10 chips in the bag with the SCOOPING BOWL in the bag and I went back into to ask for more and they ran out but still charged me for it. 5 stars and a big thank you to the gentleman who was working between 8:30-9:30p on Friday, 11/14/25. It was clear the staff was either limited or new, but he was the only one working the counter and the register. Even as the line continued to grow, he kept his composure and provided great service and made sure to ask us if we were happy with everything before we walked out the door.

I placed my order online and was told it would be ready by 10:50 am. I show up at 10:45 when the restaurant should be open and the doors are still locked. It’s also one of the coldest days of the year and the employees just stand there inside and look at me. Finally, at 10:55, someone decides to unlock the door and doesn’t even nudge it open, he just walks away rolling his eyes.
I also don’t know how the restaurant can be so filthy from just opening up, but the tables needed to be wiped down, and the floor was disgusting.
Our food was cold, the carne asada steak was chewy and barely edible, and the chips were stale and unsalted.
This will definitely be the last time I order from this chipotle – I refuse to spend my money somewhere where I’m treated as an inconvenience, the environment is still filthy even at opening, and am served suboptimal, low-quality food.
