Drive-thru staff deserve a medal. Not only did they politely confirm they had Dr. Pepper, but they actually paused to refill the machine before I got to the window. That’s next-level commitment. You know you’ve got good people when they’re not about to let you face a roast beef sandwich without its rightful carbonated companion.
Speaking of roast beef — my double stack was a glorious tower of meaty goodness. None of that paper-thin sadness you sometimes get. This was beef with confidence. Curly fries? Full portion. Hot. Crispy. Spirals of joy that tasted like they were fried by angels with PhDs in potato engineering.
Flavor was peak Arby’s. Comforting. Familiar. The kind of taste that makes you believe humanity still has a fighting chance. Honestly, I’m not sure if it was the food or the fact that my order was accurate, hot, and fast… but I felt like I’d been personally blessed by the Roast Beef Fairy.
Bottom line: If you need a post-airport pick-me-up, skip the gas station snacks and head straight here. Just don’t be surprised if you leave with meat sweats and a smile.
This the second time I got old food, meet hard to the bit and something just didn’t smell right after the first bite. I looked at my sandwich and noticed green looking mold on the meat. I feel like they on purpose do not giving you your receipt just so they don’t have to correct the order or get reported. I am definitely reporting to corporate.
I’m DONE!!!
The people that worked there come off like they’re angry or have an attitude most of the time. The atmosphere energy just gives you shouldn’t trust getting food from here. Last time they would ever get my money.
I asked the gentleman in the drive thru if I could come in to order. He advised me to “walk” through the drive thru. I asked to speak with the manager on duty, a young lady came to the window and informed me that they lock the dining room area at 8pm every night because they “don’t feel safe” and had previous issues with patrons in “this area”. Needless to say, I never got to place an order, was refused service unless I went through the drive thru, and walked away concerned and worried about such an “unsafe environment” that I was walking through. Never visit this location, because the manager on duty said it’s “unsafe”.
Now I fear Arby’s is ruined for us forever.
Yet, as my herbivorous apatite seeks new adventures, a longing arises for a chapter dedicated to vegan delights —a sandwich, perhaps, crafted with creativity and compassion. Considering my past visits to Arbys, the call for a vegan-friendly tale resonates, adding a new dimension to the epicurean pleasure.
