As a service worker myself I’m pretty understanding and patient when it comes to others- the one place I draw the line is when employees are flat out rude and nasty to their customers.
This location is so notorious for having nasty and rude employees. When you’re ordering at the screen they talk down to you like you’re an animal. It’s almost impossible to get through your order because of how disgusting they talk to you. I understand everyone has bad days but when serving a customer who’s been nothing but kind to you… do better.

Around 12:30, ordered the “chessy” street chalupas and this is the amount of chicken that was in it ……. a total of 2 pieces of chicken and the outside wasnt chesse crusted. Very disappointed

I visited this location today 11/14/25, for the first and last time. I went through the drive through and ordered about $40 worth of food for my family as I was rushing home. When I got to the window, I realized I needed 2 more tacos. I asked the cashier if I could simply add 2 basic tacos at the window and I was told that I would need to drive around the building and go through drive thru again, despite the fact that there was only one car behind me. This didn’t make me feel welcomed or like my business was appreciated. When I got home and we started eating, I then realized that the food was prepared with the same level of laziness and lack of customer service. Our chicken quesadillas had maybe 7 pieces of chicken on them each, so it was more like cheese quesadillas and the tacos had majority of the lettuce and cheese in the wrapper and not on the taco. I also order a happy hr drink and was charged full price. Overall, it was not a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend this location.

We tried again tonight shortly after 7:30 to come in and enjoy a nice dinner. Again crystal is there with a huge attitude towards customers. It’s not worth it to come back until she is gone, the managers and people in charge have to see how she is and do nothing about it? The foods amazing the other stuff is always so wonderful but she’s an awful person to deal with and it should be customers first it’s not with her.

Went to the East main Street Spartanburg location. That was the worst food I’ve had from a Taco Bell in a long time. I have come to really like the chalupas and this one was like it had been made 2 days ago. Very little feeling in it.

I had a rough experience last night at Taco Bell so my boyfriend and I we ordered some food and I can tell the cashier order taker was frustrated and I told her I’m sorry for frustrating you and I heard girl that came out from her mouth but when her manager was beside her she had to switch it up that’s not how you need to talk to customers. And then when I got to the house no sour cream was in the bag bc if my bf don’t have his side of sour cream he is not gonna eat the food, and the food was cold as hell, and my food was all folded inside of the bag like be more professional

Always good experience here. Very nice people, always. I am impressed with the service and attitude. Not a bad visit yet. The owner should read this and contact me. These people go above and beyond. I have 3 examples but they are too lengthy to discuss here, just know I think this is the best Taco Bell in Spartanburg. UPDATE: I just went to this Taco Bell today and things have changed. The girl who waited on us had a cleaning bucket next to the cash register and I ate there anyway. If I go in again and it’s like this, I’ll leave and go somewhere else
