It all began on January 27, 1958. With $50 in the cash register, Del and Helen Johnson opened “Sizzler Family Steak House” in in Culver City, California. This was the place where everyone could enjoy a great steak dinner at an affordable price. Today, we strive to serve the best hand-cut steaks at the most affordable price for the whole family with the addition of a broad, all-American menu and an abundance of fresh and healthy options. Sizzler is the restaurant where America comes to satisfy its appetite with U.S.D.A. Choice steaks cut fresh daily and cooked over an open flame, fresh seafood, and premium craft soup and salads prepared fresh daily.

I must say I am very impressed with the short ribs. I only have 2 teeth left on top (because of medical issues). The meat melted in my mouth. Extremely tasty, along with the rest of my meal.
It is very hard to find a place that has both excellent food and service to go along with it.
I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere.
Parking was excellent.
All in all if I had to rate Sizzler, I would give it a 10+.
I most definitely will be back again.

The salad bar was better than the main dishes, for the prices it’s better to just get the all you can eat salad bar . DESSERT is vanilla ice-cream with assorted toppings.
Dining area was overcrowded and very loud.

Their rib steak is one of the best I’ve ever eaten. And I have eaten all. Over the world. Thank you sizzler. I just have to say, I have eaten at steakhouses much pricier than Sizzler, and the Grants pass location is a real winner, these individuals do an incredible job of keeping us fed and happy. I would eat here a couple times a week, it’s that. Good!!! The one thing I forgot to add: this restaurant is extremely CLEAN.
I really don’t know what some of you are talking about. When I ordered the rib steak medium, that’s exactly what I was served.
I feel sure if you had told the staff that they would have turned up the AC. I don’t think dust on top of something has anything to do with the functionality of the AC. I lived in triple digit heat for nearly two decades and we were completely reliant on refrigerated air and dust has nothing to do with it. Anyone who thinks it does is wrong.

Had to bus my own table in order to sit and eat. Not one waiter or waitress came to my table the whole time I was there. Poor customer service is an understatement. This was the dirtiest sizzler I’ve ever seen. Do yourself a favor don’t ever go here. You’re not missing much.

It’s been a long time since I’ve visited a sizzler and I’m so glad I came tonight. I’m here for business and I’ll usually hit up the local roadhouse in Medford but tonight I decided to try something different.
The ribeye was cooked to perfection for my liking with aesthetically pleasing grill lines. The meat stayed warm throughout my meal and the flavor was on point. Honestly a really good steak dinner.
My waitress, Liliana, happened to be exceptionally friendly too.
5 stars all around and I’ll make sure to come back again on my next trip to Grants Pass.

The food is great . The people were really nice . The only thing I didnt like was after I finished eating and was getting ready to pay , I asked for a to go cup of coffee and they said they dont have to go cups for coffee . Which suckes because if iam paying that much for coffee and I dont finish it I should be able to take the rest of it with me or get a refill to go . I wouldnt have minded paying extra . But not having the option really sucks .

We went here for dinner with a group of around 20 people at 5PM on a Saturday. The salad bar was good. It had salad, wings, orange chicken, soup, nachos and ice cream. The restaurant seemed clean and the staff were nice. The Salad bar was a little under $15 per person.

Brought both my daughters in for lunch. Food was delicious and our server was on point. Definitely recommend. Bathrooms are little small for an all you can eat place, but a minor inconvenience.

We love to bring the grand kids here.They absolutely love having options and get to pick whatever they want. You never know if you’re gonna get good service or not,sometimes you get ignored. May or may not get a drink refill without searching for someone. Sometimes the food runs out and it takes a while for them to refill it specifically the wings… same with silverware…though that’s not often. The food is obviously decent quality, nothing amazing, but always fresh… I like that they sometimes change up the salads or add new things to the menu. The Tomato Soup is hands down my favorite , but they rarely have it. They have recently re branded and changed some things on the interior that look more commetcial and less “homey” They now say that they give unlimited cheese toast.. We got a fat pile that we couldn’t even finish.But no one came back to visit our table.So we wouldn’t have gotten more if we wanted. The focus is more on cleaning the tables than serving the existing customers even when the restaurant isn’t very busy. Maybe because servers don’t get tipped like a typical restaurant dinner?? Small annoyances aside we will always go back.
