Very nice carhops but management must not properly staff because we waited 30 minutes to receive 2 drinks and 4 cheesticks. Several others received their orders that would take longer before ours. Only until we were about to go press the button to ask what happened because our order said received at 2:19 but it was 2:35 and we had received nothing did we receive our order.

I can def say this place has improved so much since the last few months. The food has gotten better so have the drinks and service and the time of service. I can be down the road input a mobile order and it is ready as soon as I get there!

I got the double smash burger, it was very good. Got a small order of onion rings, VERY disappointed. Ive always said sonic is the best at onion rings, but not at this establishment. I could barely eat them, hard chewy texture, unusual coating, like it had cornmeal in it. A couple were very hard to the point I could not eat them. Service was typical. If I return, sadly, I will not get onion rings.

#16 with tots. They are Luke warm at best and way over cooked. Almost afraid of chipping a tooth on them. Burrito has 2 pieces of sausage the size of a nickel. 1 piece of bacon and 3 rock hard tots and an over cooked egg. BIG TIME DISAPPOINTING. Wife and kids have had problems there also. Forever to get your food and something is left out usually. I use to love Sonic but this trip was my last. Food is to expensive to get results like we have recently.

The ice cream machine has been broken for months. This is why kiddos want to go to Sonic! For the Sonic Blasts!
Last few times we’ve gone, the BLT toasters always have super sad lettuce and they forget the mayo on the BLT sandwich…every. Single. Time.
Fries were cold. The cheese for the cheese fries didn’t melt.
And no more little peppermints at the bottom of your to go bag!
Service is good. Food is terrible.

Placed a mobile order online the carhop Caroline was very rude. My drinks were the wrong size. She tried to give an attitude and say that it was rung in as the way that she handed it to me. I reread over my receipt and I was correct I had asked twice for a drink carrier. I had multiple drinks and she brings me a 2 cup carrier and just walks away Was very rude from the beginning and I probably will not be having her again.

I had sat at the window for over 45 minutes waiting for a singular pretzel and ocean water earlier this week and the day before that they had my order all messed up. I called and talked to a manager (Heaven) and explained everything. I’ll just say she handled everything perfectly and I was so pleased. She was so kind and fixed everything.. she went above and beyond for us. She needs a raise, but to the other two women i didn’t catch names of y’all could definitely take some tips from her customer service skills!

Took over 30 minutes after I got here to get food that I ordered ahead on the app and that was supposed to be ready when I arrived. FOOD WAS COLD! NO ICE IN DRINKS! I was absolutely mad as hell to wait that long for cold food and hot drinks!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
