The Kentmorr Beach Bar & Grill was the perfect spot to stop after a round of golf. The wings were excellent, and both the oysters on the half shell and the charbroiled ones were delicious. The drinks were great, and the staff was amazing, friendly and attentive. It was my first time here, thanks to my local friends who brought me, and it truly felt like a great local hangout. I’m already looking forward to my next trip to Kent Island and will definitely make it a point to stop by again.

This restaurant offers three unique seating options: inside, on the grassy field outside, and by the beach. I always look forward to trying crab cakes when visiting Maryland, and they never disappoint. The generous serving of crab meat without any shell is impressive. My husband’s salmon was also delicious. Although the crab soup was a bit thicker than I preferred, I highly recommend this place.

Great casual spot for getting some drinks and food. A casual beach feel. We did not get any food so can’t comment on that. We sat out at the beach tables for a few hours just hanging out. The outdoor bar staff were great. Absolutely going back.

Awesome atmosphere on the water with a beach bar. The seating for food is pretty limited out on the beach with plenty of open space which is nice when you’re sitting there, but not so nice when you’re waiting because they could maximize the capacity more. The crabcakes are average and stuffed shrimp isn’t stuffed shrimp so I definitely would not recommend getting that.

Let me tell you….. the food, the service (thank you Andrew), the drinks and everything in between is incredible. With live music on one side if you want entertainment or sit fire side in the restaurant for a delicious meal. Either way come check this place out.

Lovely dockside restaurant with a clean bright atmosphere. We started with the Cream of Crab soup and it was delish. For entrees we selected the crab cake sandwich and a pound of peel and eat shrimp. The crab cake was well seasoned, and full of large pieces of lump crab. The shrimp were colossal, and very fresh tasting. Our waitress was attentive and friendly and we can’t wait to return this summer for a drink and meal on their private beach!

This place is the SPOT! on Kent island. Super friendly and helpful staff, great prices, and amazing location. Just had lunch here and got a Caesar salad with a crab cake (authentic, little filler, broiled) and blackened chicken. We also got the oysters Kentmorr, which had bacon, cheese, and marinara. The drive here is nice and relaxing. Situated on the waters makes it a nice go to spot. The restaurant is located in a quaint little neighborhood, with stunning water views from tables and its own beach bar area.
The food was okay-ish, hush puppies were really oily, crabs by itself were not cleaned thoroughly. Crab sizes were decent. Pizza was disappointing. Kids just like the idea of pizza. The only dish I liked was crab cakes.
Restaurant gets busy in summer weekend evenings, wait times can get a bit crazy.
Service is nice and slow but staff is very friendly and accommodating. Outdoor seating can use some more umbrella shades.
They have a bar nearby, drinks served aren’t great but you don’t really have any other option. Nice seating area, good to take your kids. Also nice for couples and family gatherings. Won’t recommend for special occasions.

We went here for the first time last week and had a great time. The staff were super friendly and attentive. The crab dip is a must try here. Fish and chips were good just not anything exciting. Great prices for beers and drinks. The outside seating area is my favorite part. You get to enjoy a nice meal by the water. The beach area is blocked off for some reason. After we ate we walked around the dock a little. I would love to come back and try more items on the menu.

ABSOLUTELY Spectacular atmosphere & view. The food was delicious .. the crabs were scrumptious . They even have a Tiki Bar ⛱️. The parking is VERY limited & we arrived at 12p when they 1st opened. Just be warned if you have a group of 5 or more .. we had 4 separate checks & each of paid between $24 ‐ $26pp for Gratuity. I had close to the lowest balance than the others but somehow paid the most Gratuity which was weird, but when I questioned it, the server started stumbling over her words & couldn’t explain it.
