This review will not do this place justice. We were traveling through on a road trip and we found the most amazing restaurant.

Hand made in house paste fresh every day! The chicken parmesan was phenomenal. The magherita Pizza cooked over fire with the most delicious sauce and crust I have ever had.

Doesn’t matter if you are a local or traveling through to the next destination you must eat here!!!!

Some friends and I stopped in before our reservation across the street. Little did we know there was a pub crawl going on at the same time! Stoke was very busy and loud, but we all enjoyed ourselves. The staff was busy, but attentive and welcoming. The wings were awesome and even though it was a short visit, we all enjoyed ourselves. Would definitely go back.

Ethan the server – very candid – knows the menu and you can trust him on the recommendations. The best cheesecake ever! Why? Because the strawberry cheesecake was exemplary as a sum of its parts and didn’t just taste of cheesecake.

The desserts are the absolute highlight. All desserts are 95% made in-house and are the chef’s creations.

This is one of those rare restaurants that truly deserves a five across the board.

This is a vegetarian review. The arugula salad is very fresh and has an excellent flavor combination of what seemed like a orangey fruit and a lemon base in the dressing.

You absolutely cannot go wrong with the eggplant rollatini.

Great place for atmosphere, dining and drinking. Family friendly location and dining. Nice touch with the water from the start, Kids got kid friendly cups as well. You are left with a nice bottle of water to use throughout your dining time. Pizza was excellent and must try the fig pig pizza. Kids enjoyed the food, great options too. Try the cannoli’s, great taste perfect to finish your meal.

Had dinner here a few nights ago and it was a positive experience. The service was exceptional, from front of the house to servers, and our food came out quickly. My friend got the rigatoni which was excellent and I thought much more flavorful than my colognes. The bruschetta was very good and the polenta fries stack was amazing. I did not get to try to the pizza but I would definitely come back to give it a shot. And get the polenta stack again.

I frequent this location often and love their food. I had a less than desirable experience today and hope if anything management will see this review and work on coaching their team to do better. I was left on hold for a half an hour to place a to go order for a special occasion. Called back multiple times with no answer. Upon arriving to the restaurant to place my order in person I noticed three tables seated. I asked if their phone lines were working and explained to the bartender I was left on hold. She responded simply that “she was the one on the phone and that she was busy, sorry.” It felt very cold and matter of fact. I asked for a small container of sauce and was told I would be charged. The customer service is just seriously lacking. A sincere apology for the communication error would be appreciated. I have two friends who own companies who go above and beyond for customer appreciation and I just feel like this situation could of been handled way differently; instead I felt like I should of taken the no answer as a sign to not come tonight.

The place itself is a fun, nice bar restaurant atmosphere. The service was friendly and great right from the door. We had tried the garlic bread to start and the homemade meatballs…beyond delicious!! And the pizza? I’m gonna have to call it my favorite pizza in PA so far!!! And trust me I’ve been to many places. But don’t take my word for it and give it a try for yourself.

Would recommend, went there with my family and got seated at a table. The food was great, a good amount and better than i was expecting. You can fdefinately be full from just the wings. They were tangy, sweet, savory and delicious. I was alittle apprehensive about the blue cheese but it was food. Not stinky at all.

I do think that the pizza i got was alittle past the point of my liking personally but by family loved it.

Serving sizes were good for the value.

Stoke leans more lively bar scene than cozy coal-fired pizzeria—but if you’re in the mood for bold, flavorful pizza and a solid drink menu, it’s a fun spot to check out.

The pizzas are definitely the highlight: crispy, coal-fired crust with creative toppings and a good mix of red and white options. They’re cleverly named and well-executed—flavorful without feeling overcomplicated.

The Caesar and Italian chopped salads were fresh and generously sized, though both came a bit overdressed. Still enjoyable, but worth asking for dressing on the side if you’re picky about that.

Drinks are hit or miss. The Peach Old Fashioned was a standout—smooth, balanced, and well-loved at our table. The espresso martini tasted great, though it didn’t look as polished as the pictures online. The Hugo Spritz, on the other hand, was underwhelming—mostly due to a strange aftertaste from the Prosecco they use. If you’re a fan of spritz-style cocktails, you might want to ask about the ingredients first.

Prices are a touch high for the vibe and portions, but not outrageous—especially considering the prime downtown Easton location. Just be aware that parking is all street-based and can be a challenge depending on the time of day.

Overall: Stoke offers unique, flavorful pizza and solid cocktails in a casual, bar-forward setting. If you’re looking for a quieter or more elevated dining experience, Bar Torino around the corner might be a better fit. But for a lively night out with friends, Stoke delivers.
