Of course I happened to go at the busiest time of day – so the speed of service was somewhat slow. However, they should still get the food right. I ordered the Famous Star with Cheese as a Buy 1 get 1 free with the Combo.
I’ve always known the Famous Star was supposed to be with mustard and not mayonaisse. This order had NO mustard at all and was loaded with mayo. I had no tomatoe at all and that’s supposed to come with the burger.
Totally disappointed with this Carl’s and will probably never return!

Had a great experience at Carl’s Jr.! The food was tasty, and the service was excellent. The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. A special shout-out to Teresa, the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a pleasant visit. Her dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable!

Literally appalled at my visit where I watched the most entitled gross family bring in there dirty cups and made everyone wait while they filled up all of them including the ones they got with their combos and even a little cup for the child. Just Gross and they even sat the cups in front of the cashier while she was taking their order and didn’t say anything. I guess the food was ok but I definitely didn’t want that drink anymore.

We ordered food , did two SEPARATE orders and they came out completely wrong. Waited for our food for more then 10 minutes and got the food and it was wrong. Went back around and tried to explain to the worker “abade” he understood but the cook didn’t understand at all how to make the burgers. Which was a plain burger only meat and bun. Thats it. nothing else, which they didn’t understand. The other burger was only ONE PIECE of cheese ketchup and mustard.. I dont understand how that is so hard to understand.. I will be back tomorrow morning to get my OTHER refund since the guy wasn’t able to do it for some reason.

I guess no one wanted to work today . I was there at 709 I waited patiently at the intercom to order my food . No one never did answer it . So I pulled up to the window . The two women having a conversation. They both looked at me and then went back to their conversation. Didn’t even acknowledge my existence. Didn’t come to the window to r anything. I sat there waiting for comments come to the window . They did not this was at 709 so they should have been open for over 10 minutes. They could have been respectful and acknowledged me and I would of have been fine .

Ordered online. Was given a time to pick up. I arrived on time. Food was cold. Went inside. Was told no refund nor would they remake. I nicely insisted for this to be fixed. He called his manager and burgers remade…however, what was ordered was the double—this isn’t a double. Will absolutely not return. $30 down the drain.

Went through drive-through ordered two guacamole burgers, bacon and a low carb only received one guacamole, burger and the low carb and three fries for $41 tried calling the store and it goes to a fax line. Unhappy customer.
