Very disappointed. Went to this Popeyes location this weekend. We ordered the $20 family meal after the DSU SC state football game. Chicken was stale and had no taste which is surprising because I ordered half spicy and it was horrible. The red beans and rice was worst. It smelled like it sat out in the open for days and went bad. We threw the entire box away. The only reason we didn’t go back, we left town the same evening. If I could give this location a minus score, that would be too generous. Gross

I ordered on my app last week, after getting HOME, I noticed some of the chicken was WARM & some was COLD! ok so I nuked it a little sat down to eat and the worst was when I noticed it wasn’t DONE!! I called the store female Mgr said to go onto my app and they would handle it. So that’s what I did. Was told to wait 24-48. Nothing has happened its & that was January 7th. Total was over $32.00, Could someone please contact me over this. BTW I live less than 6 miles from the store!!!

If I could give a 0 star, I would. Firstly, I would like to say tht I’ve been fasting all day long and decided to come to Popeyes to break my fast. My order was taken and I was told to move up and wait for my food. After 15mins of waiting for my food. My food was brought out cold and stale. I went back to ask if they could give me a refund or give me hot food and the woman who was heavy set, curly hair, brown skin, and a Jamaican accent went back and forth with me to ask me what I wanted her to do about my order because the store was about to close. I explained to her that I wanted my food fresh and hot how it should’ve been to begin with. She says “well were about to close idk what you want me to do” an India guy who stood next to her with a blue shirt on tried diffusing the conversation between us both and I explained to him that I wanted a refund. He said no it’s fine I’ll remake your food, Just move up, and wait it’ll be right out. I gave them another chance being as though this man was very pleasant about helping me. Or atleast I thought… As I waited another 15mins, I hear loud footsteps creaking from the Popeyes store. I turn around to see the heavy set woman who argued me down about my food being cold bringing me my food out. (3rd red flag) after she gave me my food, of course I examined it. When she brought my food out the sandwich was so hard I couldn’t even bite through it. They put no sauce on my sandwich in which I asked for spicy sauce. The Fries were disgusting. Overall this entire meal/ interaction was a complete joke. I wouldn’t feed my dog this food. I would’ve been relieved if Ashton Kutcher his self would’ve came from out the bushes and told me he was pranking me. An absolute joke. & I will be furthering my complaint higher up if this situation isn’t resolved and I don’t get my money back. Don’t order from this location. Very tasteless and disappointing to what Popeyes represents. Do better!

Very long wait on online order. Very little friendly customer service. Short, curt like service. Did not inform of menu substitutes when what was order was out of stock. Asked for a frozen lemonade was give a regular lemonade filled to the ice. I hate ice in drinks. Was given a strawberry Fanta instead of a regular orange Fanta. Just all around inattentive. Luckily Popeyes is a chain so the food was good.

Do not go to this location! They are unbelievably unprofessional and have very poor Customer service. Team members were having unpleasant personal conversations. I was the only customer waiting to order, and there was no urgency to help me. I assume their conversation was too important to acknowledge a paying customer. The food was not cooked thoroughly. I will never eat from this location again. Popeyes needs to do better with the hiring process!

Great service, and great food, would definitely come back again in the future. My boyfriend and I had gotten one of the app deals where you get 6 garlic Parmesan and 3 tenders and a side(we got fries) we also had bought an extra 6 garlic Parmesan wings and the food was great, the wings had the perfect amount of sauce too which was good. Would definitely come back again.

We delivered balloon decor for an event to this location. The delivery went smooth the area is clear and easy to get to. The bathrooms were clean and the venue was wiped down prior to the event. The owner was nice and had some great things going on in the building. This is not a restaurant , it is an event space. A very nice space to have indoor and outdoor events.

Food was definitely old , nothing was hot. Told us that the menu changed and everything came with 2 sides now but didn’t tell us they have large and regular combos , which we only wanted the regular combo with 1 side . But apparently that’s not a thing anymore? The soda machine hasn’t worked in atleast a year so now they have to get your drinks for you and honestly I probably won’t go back

This location in DOVER DE raised their prices RIDICULOUSLY HIGH!! I paid & $33 for an 8 piece meal with ONE side and 4 cold biscuits! I understand it’s privately owned but why are the prices $10 plus MORE for the same I can get at a different location in Delaware, only cheaper! Not to mention you only accept military discounts when you want which should NOT be! I’ve had it discounted before and all of a sudden it stopped. NEVER again! I will go to a different location!
