Im too pissed! This Chipotle was very stingy. Its like you’re begging to spend your money. You have to tell them “a little more please” on every single food item. I ordered a Barboa bowl and for starters, I only had a little meat but for a little more meat, its extra. When I get to the hospital to eat, I basically have no meat at all! I have nothing but a bunch of fat! Expensive and Disgusting! I did not have time to return it, so I just opted to eat the bowl with no meat. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I ordered a cheese only quesadilla and given two tortillas without cheese, as pictured below.
I placed this order via the app, because this was during my lunch break, so it was sealed when I picked it up.
I cakes the store after discovering the error, but didn’t speak to anyone because the phone system is automated.
So, I drive back up to the store with the incorrect order in hand as proof and the manager on duty was not pleasant.
Yes, my meal was remade, but she didn’t apologize for their error or the inconvenience their error caused.
Additionally, she didn’t attempt to make amends at all.
I understand people make mistakes, that wasn’t the biggest issue. The issue was how she handled it. As a front line manager or supervisor, anyone in a customer facing job, you should show empathy, especially when the issue was their fault.
Moral of the story, double check your mobile orders for accuracy.

I am a Chipotle “fan” 100%. I read the reviews prior to going just to see. 1 big concern… your lettuce… in the reviews, more than once, is it mentioned that your lettuce is brown, more than once, across a few good weeks, not days… Brown lettuce, when I got mine… i eat it if it ain’t mushy… but still….it’s an easy fix… not metallica knife for lettuce, not cutting too much too soon and storing… if cutting with some metal knives, it turns lettuce brown alot quicker.. management should be able to fix this… by next Monday, at the latest… or… it’s cheap/almost expired lettuce, which, could be fixed by Monday as well. Great food… tighten up the ship and you’ve got a great store here.

I usually go at night and the night crew is FANTASTIC ! It’s always super clean with everything fully stocked. The service is so fast. The crew themselves are amazing, especially the manager Jailynn. They remember their regulars, they always serve you with a smile and if an item is running low, they don’t serve you the bottom scraps, they take time to get you the fresh food you’re paying for. 10/10. They’ll always get a great rating from me !

I usually didint have a problem here until today I came in during my lunch break and had a horrible experience this tall lady looked at my in disgust when I came to take my order as if I was bothering her, and started yelling at me without any respect demanding when taking my order. I’m almost sure it’s because I’m a brown minority and she tought she didn’t have to respect me the same way you should treat other customers l, as I saw she didn’t have a problem with the other customers. I would recommend management keep an eye on the way their front employees are treating their customers because this is unacceptable. I didn’t get her name but if this happens again I will be sure to and make a formal complaint to management/ and or corporate. Thai has happened many times at other locations as well and I have been silent but I will not allow this to continue further

Clearly employers at this location do not know how to read English. They can’t follow basic instructions nor can they make a simple bowl. The bowl is full of hot sauce to the point of over flow. Absolutely the most rude employees I’ve come across in a restaurant setting in years. First guy was grunting inaudible words at me as I ordered a very basic bowl as he put a pitiful amount of rice and chicken in there then proceeded to tell the girl I had double chicken. I corrected her at the register and she snapped at me. I calmly told her there’s no need to yell at me and she slammed my food into a bag and shoved it at me. I never write reviews like this but this place needs new management and an overhaul of people, clearly.

An employee named Alira (not sure how to spell it correctly) was HORRIBLE. She was openly rude and disrespectful toward another employee, speaking to him in a hostile and demeaning way in front of customers. She was so disgusting towards him. Alira was also rude and dismissive toward me and my family. Her tone, attitude, and behavior showed a clear lack of professionalism and BASIC respect. She’s pathetic. Im sure all of the reviews on here are about the same woman. When I asked her co worker for her name, she snapped at the employee telling her not to give her name out. Too bad, i already got it Fix your attitude or find another job that you actually enjoy!!! Ruining peoples days because your upset with your own life. Just sad.
