We were driving from San Francisco to Miami and passing through Oklahoma when we stopped at Edgar’s. What a great surprise!

The bandeja paisa and the tamal were delicious and tasted like real Colombian home cooking. Today we also spoke with Ergan, who was super friendly and clearly very passionate about the food. Definitely the best Colombian food we’ve had in this part of the country.

Lovely music, friendly wait staff, good food. My only con is that it comes unseasoned, gotta add that salt and pepper at the very least, but I recommend asking for salsa verde. We tried a variety of dishes, but the lack of seasoning is true for everyone. Still, the portions are massive, feels like they’re making the food with a lot of passion as its presentation is very nice.

Forever one of my favorite places to eat!! I always get the Bistec a Caballo and it never fails me. Great place if you want fresh clean soul food. Oh and the empanadas are to live for Me and my familia keep this one in our pockets. The owners are always kind too. Great atmosphere.

Food was very delicious!!! I love coming to eat their famous empanadas! I enjoyed the bandeja paisa which is like a lot of Latin breakfast dishes I would say, but still very tasty nonetheless. Loved it coming back again!

I had an amazing experience at this Colombian restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, welcoming, and full of vibrant Colombian culture. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout our visit.
The food was absolutely delicious and authentic. The flavors were rich, fresh, and beautifully presented. Every bite reminded me of traditional Colombian home cooking. The portions were generous, and you can truly taste the quality of the ingredients. I feel like at home

The food was decent quality but both dishes just lacked very much flavor. Service was good but didn’t feel very personal. Really, overall, a four star experience, except for the prices. Two empanadas, two entrees, two waters, and a juice, with 20% tip, was around $60. It didn’t feel like a $60 meal. Our server also didn’t tell us we’d be charged for the water when we ordered it, which isn’t that cool considering most places don’t, even though the cost was minor. It’s just the little things–good places get them right, others don’t. We weren’t that unhappy, but I’m not sure we’ll be back.

Absolutely amazing! This is easily the most authentic Colombian restaurant in OKC. The flavors taste just like home—fresh, rich, and made with so much love. The empanadas were perfectly crisp, the bandeja paisa was delicious and generous, and the picada was incredible.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff treats you like family. You can tell they take pride in their food and culture. If you’re craving true Colombian cuisine or want to try something new and flavorful, this place is a must-visit. As a Colombian my self I highly recommended! ✨

Family ran business with amazing food! So glad there is a Colombian resturant in the city. I ordered both the carne and pollo empanadas. Everything was flavorful and they also have seasonal Colombian specials as well. I will be brining my friends here!
