Had my food delivered order was missing cheese for bread sticks, and the new pizza was burnt… called to get things fixed went to pick the food up everything came out fresh and hot and correct I appreciate the manger that was there tonight he got everything out quick and the correct way!! The manger was really nice and you could tell he was sorry for the mess up he had also a positive attitude.

Great experience! I don’t eat pork, and the manager was extremely respectful and professional. He made sure to use untouched, non cross contaminated ingredients for my pizza, which I really appreciated. The pizza was delicious and the service was excellent. Absolutely recommend!

I wasn’t aware that the New Papa John’s located on Gettysburg avenue was open. I do not have a vehicle so I googled called. I spoke with the manager Chris who was very nice and informative. I ordered a large three topping pizza.. pepperoni, sausage and onion. This was the most freshly made, hot, delicious pizza. I didn’t have to wait long for my delivery.The driver Carl was very curtious and informative. No complaints. Looking forward to get a ride to check out the business. So idk what’s going on. But here lately when I order delivery from this store. It takes a long time. As you can see from the photos and the time is now 9pm. I’m still waiting when I call they said it should be here soon. Last time my order was super cold and I know it was taking a while because of the snowstorm, but the roads are clear now I live less than three minutes away from the store driving that is. If it was not for the fact I had knee surgery I would drive myself there to get are order. I order this at 7:35 pm it’s still not here and last time I had order something I had missing items and was not given a refund for the items papa John’s is my favorite pizza place that offers delivery service but this is getting ridiculous i guess I’ll have to stop offing from here until I can go pick it up myself

Waited in the drive through line for a little min. Only to go inside and ask if it works. It does asked why I was missed. Response was they were having a difficult night. 3 to 4 orders where not delivered properly. The lady driver was stuck in the snow…don’t know how that worked out. But got my pizza and ummmm idk won’t be back there for a while. Even Mikey wouldn’t eat it smh. My son but that’s not his name.
