Food was delicious!! I was invited to a party and host ordered these dishes among many others. Service was great, place gets packed on Friday evening, so I recommend making reservations. Your party needs to be complete befeire you get seated.
Drinks at the bar are good, however a bit pricey IMO.

Spring rolls are so good!! Duck bun was delicious but bun was a bit too dry. I wish they had a home made bun. Coconut shrimp noodles are great as well. Definitely coming back!!

This is a great spot for Vietnamese food. We had the roast duck salad, duck buns, and vermicelli beef lemon grass noodles. The space is very large and has great ambiance, plenty of parking too. We went on a Friday night at 6:15 and got a table right away, it did get busy at 7pm. We’ll be back here for sure.

I drove about three hours to visit Westminster during Tet (February), and Brodard Chateau was my first stop. At a glance the parking lot was pretty full, but I pulled in and got a spot. The restaurant was bustling. Servers hustling table to table, and a lot of diners chatting as they enjoyed their meals. I got my table and ordered Vietnamese Coffee, Pork (Fresh) Spring Rolls, and Ha Noi Style Smoked Pork Noodles. The food itself was great, but California pricing was my only let down. If I’m in the area again, I’ll definitely consider stopping by, and still would recommend it to anyone visiting.

Fantastic food, fantastic service! I always come here to meet family and the food is tasty, reasonably priced but most of all the service is outstanding! Out server was Quan or Daniel. I asked him to help me pick dishes for 8 if we were to eat a family style lunch. He was attentive, friendly and just plain awesome. This is now our favorite and only place we will come to eat great food and gather to share our family reunion get togethers.

we came with a large group but got to sit at 2 long table + booth nearby. the place was packed but wait staff was efficient & helpful with professional attitude. food was average (group consensus) & atmosphere was wild as it was one of last days of the year (crazy packed) but at least not loud like most vnese resto so it’s seemingly an upper scale space with burgundy décor and uniforms & relative low light. we’d give 3.5* but our waiters pushed up to 4* overall.
