Just to start out, I really like this location up until this point. I ordered two big and double cheeseburgers and I got a hamburger with cheese on it. I guess it was my fault because there were many cars behind me. They always seem to be short-staffed which is not the employees problem. I mostly want to say I really like this location and the employees are friendly but I think the management understaffed them. I paid over $13 for what I ordered and it wasn’t right. I just have my input could change things for the better.

Worst drive-thru experience I’ve had in years, and I’ve had some bad ones. Went through the Burger King on Fredericksburg, placed my order, paid with my card, got my receipt and straw handed to me by the short, chunky woman with “Ernest” tattooed on her arm. She immediately claimed she’s “a manager” (not the general manager, conveniently), then acted like I was asking her to donate a kidney when I told her my card must’ve been left at the window. She flat-out refused to look for it. Wouldn’t check her little manager cubby, wouldn’t even lean out the window to glance around. Just stood there with an attitude like I was personally attacking her. Store wasn’t busy at all—literally no line behind me—so it’s not like she was slammed. She just didn’t care. Kept repeating “I can’t check the cameras” like that was supposed to end the conversation. Cool, so you’re useless AND proud of it. The burger itself was actually decent—the cook knew what they were doing—but one decent sandwich doesn’t make up for a manager who treats customers like inconveniences. Someone with zero willingness to help, zero customer service skills, and a giant chip on her shoulder has no business wearing a name tag that says “manager.” Hope corporate sees this and demotes her back to fry duty where she belongs. Never going back. Avoid this location if you value your sanity (or your debit card).

Just went to get me and my client some lunch and the food was awful. I think it was old I mean everything from the buns to the meat and that’s sad. The manager at the window was nice but I’ll never get us lunch from there again . Definitely wasted money

Was very clean and smelled wonderful.
The Juan was very helpful and very polite and professional. Food was delicious I went with something new and it was absolutely worth the risk. The whole experience was wonderful the children area was fresh and clean for my daughter. Will most definitely be back.

My experience sucked.There was a manager working by the name of Linda montez, she was rude and so disrespectful. I ordered something simple. 2 orders are tacos, an onion ring and a drink. I waited over 32 minutes for her. Just to tell me rudely that she was gonna refund my money. Because she did not feel like making my food.. But yet, I keep seeing her eat burgers in the back of the restaurant. I stick her dirty hands in the fries. While still serving them to other people, not just me, including 4 others that were in the dining area who she refunded and stated she ate all the food and could not serve our orders. I would not recommend this Burger King location to anyone.As long as linda montana is still working there , shame on her for being the lazy disrespectful manager that she is. This is not a good to represent Burger King. I hope this gets to the corporate office for further investigation. And maybe better decisions in management would be made

We went for the SpongeBob meal but they were out of everything. My niece still wanted Bk so we decided to eat here. I asked the man at drive thru if they still have the rodeo king, he said yes. I ordered the rodeo king meal. Luckily I checked my order before leaving, only to find a Jr burger. I asked him about it and wanted to return for a refund. He said I had to come inside. I did. The lady who assisted me is why they get a five star. She was going to give refund after she explained what was what with the burgers. She stops and turns around and says I can make you a rodeo king this one time but we no longer make them. That was everything. I could tell they were busy and over worked. The fact that she took a breathe and was a human being. Displayed the upmost managerial skills was superb. It takes a woman to know what to do under pressure. Bc the clown in the drive thru was going to make this review be something different. He’s the reason atmosphere received 3 stars. Thank you for being kind and patient and thoughtful. If I knew your name I’d say it. You know who you are. Thank you. Kindness really goes a long way.

Originally went to the Burger King on W Commerce was sitting at the speaker box in the drive thru for about 15 minutes with no service decided to pull off and go to a different Burger King which im so glad I did pulled into the drive thru got quick service spoke with Linda she handled my entire order which wasn’t small with amazing customer service and care based on her performance alone I’d recommend everyone avoid going to the location on W Commerce and go straight to this location on Fredricksburg rd thank you ms Linda for your excellent customer service my kids and I will come back just because of you.

Do not come here! Food was cold and unseasoned. The fountain drinks don’t work. They haven’t worked in months. Manager was rude. God forbid you ask for ketchup. We definitely WILL NOT be back.

Slow, slow, slow, oh and did I mention slow? I placed my order at 5:04 and didn’t leave till 5:32! Seriously 2 min shy of half an hour to get an impossible whopper, soda, and cheese sticks. Save your time and go to another location. It will still be faster than this one.

Well cleaned store, employees are AMAZING only problem that was had was a homeless man tried to get into one of the managers faces and threaten her, although cops were called the only thing they did was ask that she close down her lobby for the safety of her and the other employees. I felt bad for her but she handled it very well, 10/10 for her.
