I usually don’t speak my mind about a business because I’m a business owner myself, and I like to give people the benefit of the doubt.
We dined out the other night and waited a longgg time for our food then for the server to admit that she forgot to ring our order up.. still gave her a $20 tip, we know stuff happens because I used to serve.
However, Jefferson’s in Jacksonville, I would like to say something.
I got a cheese steak. My husband wanted a cheeseburger.. well done.. as you can see on the order.
He helped me eat half of my Philly cheesesteak, and then sat down to eat his cheeseburger, took a bite and saw that it was raw on the inside. . Started gagging about threw up.
While he was getting himself together, I took it back down to Jeffersons.
Girl, I didn’t get her name brown hair pulled back in a clip wearing a ball cap . Acted like it was an inconvenience for me to bring it back.. I showed her the order on my phone and she took my phone with my whole wallet back to the kitchen.
She was gone for a good minute, so I went back there and asked for my phone back .
Then I had to wait like 10 minutes for I guess the manager to come out and look at my order again and tell me that she would give me my $15 back for the burger. She handed me the cash and half hearted said “sorry about that.”
We will never go back there, and this is your warning in case you decide to go there.

We always love coming back to my husband’s alma mater for Homecoming every year at Jacksonville State from Augusta GA and always have to stop by Jefferson’s and eat we always have had great food and great service. Tonight we came in and sat down and waited about 10 minutes. No one came to our table so we left and came back 35 minutes later and got waited on this time and my buffalo chicken wrap and my onion rings were the best as always. I cannot say this for my husband’s chicken tenders they were burnt the first time, and then the second time they were like rubber and no one could eat them if they tried. We were told that no refund could be given or anything else could be done. My husband went back to our hotel tonight hungry thanks to Jefferson’s for a ruined homecoming weekend we will be back to see Jacksonville State play football again but we will not however ever step foot inside your establishment here in Jacksonville ever again.

Do not order anything from here thru DoorDash. Jefferson’s of Jacksonville does not care for you. They let you know real quick that even though they messed up your order they don’t give you refunds or credit. My order of 15 wings was missing 10 of the wings. My ultimate fries didn’t have anything on them except a little cheese and bacon pieces. Not the extra things I ordered and paid for

Nice location, was a quiet atmosphere. Food was good but was much better when ordered for family repass on 1/19. Everything hot and fresh. Daughter stated chicken could have been fried longer. Still overall I will definitely keep coming back❤️ oh and those funnel cake fries are DELICIOUS

Was a room full of dollar bills hanging all over. Decorated like wallpaper. Not really wheel chair accessible but If good food, laid back atmosphere and great service is what your looking for, then this is it. Hot wings were fantastic and meaty. Burgers are just yummie and the crispy crinkle fries make it hard to stop eating. Loved the fried pickles too

Placed a somewhat large order of wings to go. Wasn’t ready until about 15 minutes after the pick up time listed on online order receipt. Had to ask for our drinks. While waiting, I watched the waitress use the register, put a lemon slice on a drink, eat from a plate of food at the bar, put more lemon slices on cups, all without washing her hands. Once home I realized that two sets of wings didn’t have any seasoning on them, one was sitting in a puddle grease, one had a slight flavor. The hickory bbq wings were really good. For the amount of money I spent, I expected better.

Eat here alot and normally very good. Today I got all drums around 2:45. They were cold and shriveled like they were cooked around lunch and not fresh.

My husband had an enjoyable dinner here. I got Oysters Rockefeller and shrimp quesadillias while he got the spicy shrimp appetizer with the southwest wrap. It was all very good. Service was friendly and excellent. The atmosphere was fun and lively.
