Showed up at 4am to grab a coffee before I hit the gym. Was told at the drive thru that they aren’t taking any orders right now. Ok, fine. I left and went to the gym and came back on the way home at 5:30am. Ordered a biscuit and hash brown and coffee. The lady at the window was extremely rude, and incredibly unprofessional. The biscuit was hard and cold. The hash brown was warm but undercooked and tasted like it was still frozen in the middle. 8$ wasted, and a longtime customer will never go there again. Well done, ladies.

This McDonald’s steals from you. Yes 100%. I just looked at my phone like two days ago and noticed that I was getting charged $15 for my breakfast even not 1501 not anything else so this morning I got the exact same breakfast I asked for the receipt it was $14.47. I do not round up for any of their causes not to say their causes are good nor they’re bad. But it’s my choice not to round up somehow I was getting rounded up so yes, McDonald’s stole from me to give to a charity so they could look good. Watch your receipts at McDonald’s. This does not look good.

Ordered a Big Breakfast — should have been simple, right? Nope. They served me raw eggs! There were actual puddles of uncooked egg sitting on top of the “cooked” portion. The wait time was ridiculous, and the ice machine has apparently been broken for over a year. To make things worse, I noticed what looked like mouse droppings behind the drink machines, hidden behind the partition.
When I tried to call the store to report this, I was immediately hung up on — and when I called again, they just set the phone down on the counter while the managers counted drawers and complained about customers. Completely unacceptable food safety and customer service.

Update, one of the worst mcdonalds around. Slow, waited 25 min before they started my order. They no longer put salt on the fries. Nuggets are often burnt. They don’t like to give the sauce you paid for. They like to smash the burgers flat.$20/hr…ha.

There have been a lot of new hires lately so this may be why I am having a bad experience every time I go. The donut smelled and tasted like mold. Threw it away. The fries were only partially filled and not warm. Typically my food will be stale and cold. Or part or half of it will be missing. Customer service is just get the job done kind of attitude. So some people may be rude but typically they are just rushing. There is usually a line in drive through that takes a long time just to order and I tend to have to park to wait for the food after. There are not many parking spots or spots you can get to so people will take the spots you are suppose to wait in. People go inside thinking it will be quicker but you will wait even longer. And may not get your food until you ask someone for it. And the tables are usually dirty. I complained about half my food missing and my food being stale but haven’t heard anything. I would highly recommend going to another location even if it is a bit of a drive.

Waited 20 mins in the parking spot because the food wasn’t ready. Had to go inside to get my food. The Big Mac did not have any lettuce, and was put together in a way that the sauce wasn’t even in the burger.

They always park you for big or small orders, because of their timer. Either way customers have to always be parked when going through the drive thru. They take more then 10 minutes every TIME! Get it together. Hire more, or get someone that will do the job better and faster

I couldn’t wait for my order for a long time, it just wasn’t brought out. When I went to the cashier and asked the employees, they couldn’t find it for a long time. When they found it, it was made incorrectly, without a Happy Meal box, cold, there was no lattice and tomatoes added, which I had asked for and pay, the toy in the Happy Mile was completely different. It was impossible to eat. Horrible service!

Place is joke and will drive 15 minutes out to another McDonald’s before going back there. Gave a couple chances already and screwed up our order this past Sat!!! No Onions and had to wait as well?? Receipts are unreadable for a reason! Stay away..trust me!
