I gave one because it’s has to be a better way to treat these children after school, locking the doors. Not acceptable, nor safe especially when this location has been in the community for ages. No umbrellas or coverings to even provide an outdoor area for children..someone should be there to take orders if this is the way you choose to deal with the school age rush. Love the manager Nikita… Not unacceptable.

Definitely the worse the general manager and day shift opening manager are not at all who they seem to be. They run this place like their own little frat house. They have a tendency to only hire certain children and the adult women are shunned and or eventually fired. The lack of respect towards staff is crazy. Only good thing is the evening managers.. Best time to go but very busy but they get it done . Order accuracy is the worst…your food is guaranteed to be incorrect or an excessive wait..and don’t expect any empathy when waiting the extra 30 minutes they may delay. Only applies to day shift. Door dash orders are usually cold and the delay is simply regarded as guest with useless questions. I actually waited an hour… For an ice coffee and made to pay an additional dollar because they messed up my order.

We are regular customers and have not had one good experience at any of the McDonald’s in this area exception to Atlanta hwy. Today’s food was open in the bag cold mushy fries and hard chicken nuggets not to mention the employees refused to give us drinks we paid for until we showed the receipt. The disrespect and the way the employees cut off the customers during ordering is unreal. Seems to be more laughing and gossip than customer service.

I really don’t like this McDonald’s. It’s the closest one to Downtown so a lot of people stop on their way to work or at lunch. At breakfast you can almost bet on being asked to pull up to wait on your food at the drive thru. Then they serve 8 cars behind you and completely forget you are there. I have had to get out of my car numerous times and go inside to get my food. I order a biscuit and two hashbrowns at breakfast and I’m asked to pull up? You are going to tell me that none of the 10 cars behind me you served ahead of me got hashbrowns at breakfast? I’m not buying it. You gave my food to the cars behind me, and we both know it. Lunch service is a lot better though.

If I could give it no stars I would. The cashier messed my order up three times, made me pay for a drink that should have come with the combo, then no fries with it. My mother chicken sandwich was burnt and dry along with it being flooded with mayo. My sandwich was barely on the bun and dry as well. Won’t be back at this one for a while.
