Bad attitude for no reason by the server. I waited 8 minutes at the window for the food, and tge restaurant wasn’t busy at all. The employees at the window were busy with each others, so there was no greeting or thanks after serving the cold food. Biscuit was so cold and hard and I’m sure it was baked previous day. I threw the food after two bites. Drink also had bad smell. I wasted my hard earned money and time. They should close this place or improve instead serving badvfood with bad service

Workers attitudes are AWFUL!!! Absolutely awful and they never get your order right most of the time. Ordered chicken 2 orders of fries, green beans and unsweet tea. I was only given 1 order of fries, pinto beans instead of green beans, given sweet tea instead of unsweet and was given and AWFUL attitude to go with it!

Food was great however maybe I came on the wrong day and maybe the wrong time. Most of my food was quick. As for my chicken sandwiches that took almost 45minutes to be served and it was still made wrong. I was definitely accommodated for the long wait, but 45 minutes for a Chicken Sandwich is ridiculous! The team members were nice and friendly very helpful and super apologetic. Some of them male team members were trying to be extra friendly (like do your job and stop looking at me with them googly eyes and maybe them chicken sandwiches would have been made on time… jk) over all everything was good.

I love that when I’m traveling, I’ve always had a good experience at this Bojangles..the food was hot, fresh, the chicken sandwich was delicious, now I will say if your not partial to spice..its a bit spicy.. I loved it, but did my next visit try the grilled chicken sandwich.. it was a pleasant surprise, not spicy, cooked just right, and tasted great.. I also must say the young ladies working the take out window, were friendly, kind and efficient. Hope to get by again..til then I have only had good experiences..keep up the great job”

When through drive thru service a joke waited for like 20 minutes wasn’t busy . Need better management to run this store . I forgot to order a ranch asked if could add on the girl in the background.so rude about it . My Cajun chicken sandwich was cold and not fried . Never be back to this store .

We went to this Bojangles to dine in and the dining room was closed. We then went through the drive-thru to order two dark biscuits and we express dark three times to the cashier; as we approached the window she gave us the food with an attitude; no thank you or anything; biscuits were light in color and cold! This is our last visit here, will not come back ever! And will tell anyone else that we come in contact with do not waste your time or money, don’t go there!

If I liked this much breading I would probably give it 4 stars. However, if you like biscuits AND a breaded chicken fish between those biscuits, this is the franchise for you. The service was friendly, but not very quick (there were maybe two families in the restaurant) and we needed to remind them of the correct order twice. Our first time in the area, AND seeing countless billboards for it, we had to try it once. Within a stone’s throw of the Holiday Inn Express (practically next door).

I was pretty shocked when I went to review this location and saw how low the reviews are. I had a pretty incredible experience here. Where I live we don’t have Bojangles but I have been to several in my travels including an airport location.
I arrived here during the breakfast rush and yes, the woman operating the drive thru was VERY unfriendly but I kind of admired her because let’s be honest she’s there to work not be fake. On the service side it was INCREDIBLE. I ordered, got my food and was on the road in under a minute! I’m not exaggerating. She might be unfriendly but she is EFFICIENT! And my food was AMAZING. Best fast food breakfast ever, no hyperbole. I LOVE that the bacon is crispy and not limp and the rounds are perfect.

It was a typical Bogangles in most ways. The bathroom was out of paper towels, and the 1980s model air blower was pretty inadequate. We got in line to order, and there was a lady cleaning up behind the counter while eventually 6 people lined up before she decided she might want to take an order. Then she fumbled through the chicken pile for what seemed like 5 minutes telling me they didn’t have any more dark meat. I saw 2 pieces that looked fine, so I finally said just give me that. I thought she was going to offer breast but no she just kept repeating… I got my chicken, it was good. Another lady fixed my tea and dragged her braid through it… Everyone in the back seemed to be having a big time as the line got longer. I think they could benefit from having a manager on duty at this store.
