There are no servers or cashiers, ordering is all automated. You go in and order at a computer(lack of a better word) and seat yourself then they call your name and you go pick up your food from the counter and to get your drink you have to scan your reciept at the soda fountain. The tables weren’t clean, the staff, when and if you seen them, looked like they didnt want to be there. I won’t go back. It wasn’t a horrible experience but it felt like I was eating at a funeral home, it just felt very depressing in there.

Stopped at 3:30pm 4/11. Absolutely terrible, my steak burger was actually cold and I’m not exaggerating! Cheese not even melted. Fries were under cooked. The parking lot was empty and the inside looked closed… bad idea stopping here.

Well let’s start with the milkshakes, they are some of the best in town. Fries, some of the worse in town but like a fool, I order some everytime. Steakburgers? I almost found the beef on a double garlic. Was tasty though. Not a fan of the kiosk ordering but I get it. Probably would like it if the food was good enough to go more often. The occasional person was nice. Atmosphere is sterile. Next time, milk shakes through the drive through.

Everything is done thru a kiosk, ordering is very confusing. Just want two burgers and fries with soda, not hard to order but it sure made it that way

We were in the drive through for 45 minutes, when we were handed a bag, an half full and melted shake and told to have a nice day. The bag was missing 4+ items. We proceeded to sit in the drive thru to wait for service and when service didn’t come my partner stayed in the car and I went into the lobby to which I was met with 4 other groups of people all with similar experiences. After waiting in the lobby and getting ignored for almost 15 minutes, I went back to the car to eat the food we did get, only to realize I was not given the correct burger nor did it look appetizing at all. It had one full patty and one meatball looking item. I have a picture if you would like to see. At which point we asked for our money back so we could just go as it had been over an hour and the gentleman behind the counter informed us that he couldn’t give us our money back. He called his manager to which we proceeded to wait for, for an additional 30 minutes. After almost 40 minutes with no manager we were told we were better off just leaving and calling in the morning. We waiting for TWO HOURS, to try to get our money back, to no avail

Got a Butterfinger shake in the drive through. It was awful. It tasted like milk that had turned bad. I took it back and they didn’t act surprised and said they would give me a shake from the other side of the machine. Nasty.
