I see why the rating is so low for this location. The other east ridge location is definitely the better choice. I placed a curbside order today at 12:03, didn’t get my food until 12:33. Pulled around to the drive thru after 20 mins to just ask for it. When I explained what was going on. The guy said “I don’t know what to tell you. I guess I can ask the manager or something”. Was quiet for like 3 minutes and he finally said someone just came outside with it. Someone finally came out, said the wrong name. Then when I finally get into the bag. Everything is cold and the drink is wrong. Wrong flavor, wrong size and tasted terrible. Mind you, the drink I asked for, I paid like almost a $1 extra for. Fries were supposed to be a large, definitely got a medium in a large container. No fries floating around the bag, genuinely just barely gave me any. I get that it’s fast food. But it wasn’t even really busy. And I’ve had far better service at locations that are consistently busy. Didnt go in to soeak to a manager. Since based on the team members I encountereds customer service, my expectations of a manager wasn’t high. Definitely contacting corporate, this was a trash experience. Even for a McDonald’s.

Well line was crazy not that it was that busy but they decided to let one line go not the other then I see this guy looks like he eating pretty good( first pic below )…. Well another MacDonald that hit blow what I expecte to eat even at fast food oh an they didn’t even give me the right cup for the sticker game so what are they keeping it for themselves .. sus…would expect that from New York at least they didn’t peel it from my Fry’s IDK fast food are not the same sad ,food a bust game a busst why did I come here…

Ordered Large big mack meal and asked to put ketchup on the side for fries. They gave me regular meal instead of large and forgot the side, but fries came with a hairy surprise inside. They could have put napkins or straw inside instead of their DNA samples. Wasted money…

Ordered 2 dbl cheeseburgers a LG fry and a small fry at the drive thru. They were not busy at all. Got the burgers and the small fry but got a med fry instead of the lg that I ordered. When you charge almost $5.00 for a lg fry, you should give people what they pay for. This is not rocket science people!! The people at the window seemed more interested in their personal conversation than taking care of customers. I’d give a 0 if I could.

If I could put zero stars I would I ordered here in October for lunch through the app 15 minutes before my lunch break thinking it would make things faster but upon arrival I was told repeatedly they had no order for me then I had to drive off because I had already wasted to much time of my 30 minute break then tried to look up how to cancel the order on the app which it wouldn’t let me because they processed they completed the order on there end I made about 4 cases about this was told I would receive my refund then still nothing then was told they were waiting on the store which still never happened absolute one of the worst customer service I have ever received. Just a large corporation who doesn’t care about there customer will never go back to this location

A specific worker is really nice and all, but I kept seeing people goofing off while working. And the wait time is crazy. I only ordered some fries and a coke and it’s been more than 30 minutes and I still haven’t received my order. I suggest you only come here if you aren’t in a rush or if you have patience

Took about 15 mins for fries and two drinks. The fries were cold, the orange was watery. Asked the guy for a new drink and he rolled.his eyes. Asked to get my fries so I could leave and the girl ignored us. Very disappointed.

Cashier on his phone with ear bud in one ear. No receipt. Order was correct on the screen but not correct in the bag. Yes, mistakes happen. But they happen more when you’re not even trying for excellence.

Most of the employees down to the shift leaders all of there attitudes suck the food is to salty almost inedible McDonald’s does themselves no favors by having this franchise under their companies name.Poor quality poor service the whole store needs a revamp and their staff needs proper training on customer service.Im not saying the customer is always right but asking for fresh food and actually getting it should never be a problem especially if a customer doesn’t mind waiting.

If I could give a negative review I would. I arrived to do a DoorDash pickup at precisely 11am. Upon being greeted at the drive through, I was told there would be a ten to fifteen minute wait “while they switch from breakfast to lunch.” In my many years on this planet I have never experienced or heard of such nonsense.
