who designed this? get rid of the trash bin below it. there is already a regular trash bin to the side. all it does is blow trash up into your hands.
other than that, amazing food.
unlike some other JITB locations they’re not as stingy with sauces! sauces are so cheap are they not? unless you have a supply chain issue i suppose. sauces are an integral part to an enjoyable meal to me.

This location on Google maps says they open at 4am. BTW Everything I’m saying can be proved by photo document and videos by me and the cameras outside of the location. I pull up at 4:09am, the drive thru is closed with cones placed to block the cars. I drive to the side to look inside and see what’s going on and I see the workers walking around. I drive back towards the drive thru and see a guy that was waiting like I was, walking from the jack in the box with food. So I park and get out and walk to the door I try to open it, it does not open as it is locked. I take a picture of the business being closed. In the picture the workers are seen sitting down. I continue to take pictures of the business. One of the female workers walks to the back to confront me and ask what am I doing. I kindly explain and tell her google maps says you guys are supposed to be open at 4am and it is now 4:15am and you guys aren’t open. She explains to me that they don’t open til 5am and to call the manager later and ask them. I told her it’s cool I believe you, while I’m doing that and in the midst of apologizing she gets upset and unruly and tell me not to record. Which I tell her that recording a business being closed is actually legal, she gets mad and takes out her phone and takes a picture and records me. Again, this all can be proven by video. Action, maybe?

I went in today to place an order of the chicken nuggets, and the worker, Fatima F., was completely rude and hostile. She made us wait for more than 15 minutes to take our order, and when confronted, she acted very aggressively towards us. She then started to smirk when I asked her where I could make a complaint and said, “Yes, of course,” and proceeded to walk away. I am going to make sure to go in and speak with their manager tomorrow and make the complaint. She is completely wrong to act the way she did when she is working with people. I really hope I get an apology from her for acting the way she did. Very hostile, rude, and aggressive!

WORST Service EVER… idk if he hates his job!! He had an argumentative attitude towards my friend all because we tried throwing away trash into a bin that was near the drive through and the lid fell. Automatically blaming and saying that we have to pick up the trash. I felt threatened cause of his attitude and attacked

I have been in anticipation of the opening of this location since I live much nearer to it than the 2521 Pasadena location. I like the self service kiosk a lot. First time using it and the customizations on it for some items I have never seen in the app before.

I couldn’t understand a word the guy was saying. It took a to get my order, 10 minutes, with only one car in front and their bag was small. My order was wrong. Overall not a good experience. I see why it’s empty even though it’s across from County.

The spot was full because of the rain, I almost could not sit with the bf.

The Mexican lady doesn’t understand my order, I asked for wrap with tomatoes and extra lettuce but she first give me burger then upon changing the order she didn’t add any tomatoes, clearly a language barrier. Her attitude was very hostile
