Ordered a 1/4 sheet cake online for our 15th Anniversary. The process was simple. Ola, was very helpful, took care of it and the result was a lovely Chantilly Cake I was very happy with. Much Mahalo Ola!!! Picked up a red velvet heart cake and heart doughnuts too

Shoyu pork plate is back. Was really good. Meat was tender and flavor was ono. Husband enjoyed the Teri Beef plate too. Only complaint was the fries. Only half the bag. We always order fries and it’s never this skimpy. Not acceptable. Please fix.
Update on this Zippy’s reached out to me regarding the quality of food and additionally reached out to me by letter on 08/14/2025 to apologize as well as take care of the situation. This isn’t the first time they have done this for me. They value their customers opinions and appreciate our loyalty. Very happy. Mahalo Zippy’s!!!

Probably one of the better places in Wahiawa. Very clean and great service. Has all your Zippy’s favorites like Korean fried chicken and Zip Packs and one of the only places with seating that’s open late. It’s our favorite place for my brother and I to go after a long day. It’s right of the main streets so it’s easy to find and has plenty of parking too. Occasionally you’ll have homeless people sitting in the outdoor seating area but, if your familiar with Wahiawa, (or Oahu in general) that’s a fairly common sight but no real cause for concern just thought it was something to note. Overall I’d say it’s a pretty good location and convenient with a very friendly staff.

Sampled a chicken platter at a work party. Found out it came from Zippy’s. It’s $50. it’s the Korean Fried Chicken platter. Boneless. Absolutely love it. Highly recommend it. Feeds about 8-10 people.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Zippy’s thanks to our amazing server, Harley! From the moment we were seated, Harley greeted us with a warm smile and genuine kindness that made us feel so welcome. Throughout our meal, Harley was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Our drinks were always refilled promptly, special requests were handled with care, and the service felt personal and thoughtful without ever being rushed.
It’s rare to find someone who truly loves what they do, but Harley’s positive energy and professionalism made our dining experience outstanding. Harley is the reason we’ll keep coming back to Zippy’s. Thank you for such great service! You truly made our visit special!

Manager was rude. We ordered Korean chicken and it tasted like it had no flavor/sauce. The manager was saying that you need to order extra sauce for every Korean chicken just to have a little flavor. What an absolute embarrassment. They messed out to go order as well.
