The staff here are consistently polite and respectful, and I truly appreciate that. With that said, I was very disappointed with my visit today.
I placed my order online specifically to avoid the long lunch rush this location usually has. I even arrived after the lunch period to ensure a smoother experience. The timing was perfect for friendly, efficient service—but unfortunately, my burrito bowl didn’t receive the same care.
I had customized a high‑protein bowl: removing the tomato salsa for corn, choosing two types of chicken and beans, switching to brown rice, and adding queso—the part I was most excited about for my first meal of the day. Instead, my bowl arrived as a standard build, with brown lettuce, skimpy portions of protein and cheese, and none of the modifications I selected.
After reviewing my order, I realized the app reverted to the default bowl when I entered my CVV incorrectly, even though nothing on the checkout screen changed. I take responsibility for not noticing that, but the quality of the bowl itself, along with the messy workstations and a dining room where not a single table was clean—and at one point no available trash cans—are issues that fall on the team.
These are coaching opportunities around maintaining quality, readiness, and cleanliness before, during, and after peak periods. I hope to update this review positively on my next visit.

Today around 4 pm at this location, I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at Chipotle. The employee repeatedly talked over me, never asked whether I wanted crispy or soft tacos, was yelling to the point that I felt threatened, and even used one scoop of protein split between two of my entrees. I came in planning to order tacos exactly as set up in my app, but she dumped the entrée toppings into the tacos, rang it up as an entrée instead of tacos, and I was charged entrée pricing. Because of this, I’m not getting the taco promotions I’m supposed to receive at this location. As someone who has worked in this industry, I’m shocked by how unprofessional this was and I expect management to contact me to address it. I will not be returning to this store unless this is taken seriously.

Crazy how downhill Chipotle has become. 2/3 locally are closed on Sundays. We go to this location – long line, no big deal. Welp, seems the whole staff is High as a kite. The first person can’t even keep their eyes open and just swaying around, barely can speak. The food line is so disgusting it seems they forgot they have rags to wipe, our burrito wrappers are now covered with half the kitchen from soaking up all the toppings on the line and the chips are the most bland, stale chips I’ve ever had.

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY ORDER!!!! My daughter is admitted at Levine’s Childrens hospital, I ordered my food through uber eats. The portion size was very skimpy. I feel like the staff intentionally gave small portion size because it’s am online order. I paid $45 for a bunch of crap! It looks like I got a teaspoon of salsa and 5 pieces of chicken and a finger full of cheese! Trifling move on behalf of the staff that prepared my order!
Update, customer support reached out to me a d they were absolutely no help whatsoever! All they said wad sorry and small portion size isn’t our norm! This experience has turned me and my family off from dining at ANY Chipotle anywhere! They DO NOT care about their customers!

This place should be shut down by the Health Department. Some good employees but some lady scratching their armpits on break yabbering on their phone then yelling at customers while they order afterwards. And the food tasted horrible like sour meat.
Someone from corporate needs to fix this store because it is a prime location but I can already feel the food sickness creeping in after my first order, never again buying from this place.

This store needs a new manager. The store is soooo damn nasty omg! I work right next to this store and I dredddd going in here. But when I go the staff specifically the females are nastyyyyy! Their attitudes are terrible. I be wanting to ask them if they looking for a better job because they just seem so miserable and angry. And as a black woman I hate that for us because this is what people say about black women and customer service and if you want to see that stereotype.. GO HERE. I work with 3 other people in rotation and all of them have said the same thing. And their chips always stale.. store always dirty. There are so many people working and have no bussers? Yeah I’d avoid this place unless you are desperate.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered online for 9:40 pickup, and I came home to realize they not only gave me the wrong order but gave me an order that was supposed to be picked up at 12:40!! NINE HOURS earlier. Yes it was my fault that I did not look at the order when I picked it up, but WHY would you have an order on the shelf for nine hours?!? And of course they were already closed by the time I realized

First time going to this location on my lunch break. Got the burrito bowl. The lady filled half my bowl with rice and a small scoop of brisket. I asked for a little more and she said it would be extra. I said it was ok and she said he mgr was there do I want to talk to them. I said no it’s ok. After passing my bowl down the line she started talking to another worker saying “see you got them spoiled they thinking they supposed to get more than they’re supposed to”. This was my first time at this location and compared to other locations the meat portions here are very small. I had over half my bowl left that I didn’t eat bc it’s was full of rice and no meat.

Friendly staff. It does get a bit busy here during lunchtime but the staff work quickly and get through in good timing. Huge portions and tasted nice. Has a lovely outdoor seating where you can eat in the sun.

Theres a curly black hair in my food. I contacted chipotle three times. Twice I spoke to someone on the phone. They only gave me a partial refund. I’m not going to eat the food. I’m sure there’s going to be an automatic response to this review “thanks for your feedback, please contact us via the website”. I ALREADY DID THREE TIMES BEFORE IM LEAVING THIS REVIEW. This is so unacceptable and disgusting. Thanks for the partial refund. I paid to not eat. Also there is no way this can be my hair – I HAVE RED HAIR.
