I recently visited Ojo Locos and had a mixed experience. The atmosphere was definitely the highlight of the night — lively, fun, and a great place to hang out with friends. The music and overall vibe made it an enjoyable environment.
The customer service I received from Ms. Claudia O. was also excellent. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. That level of hospitality really stood out.
Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite meet my expectations. While it wasn’t terrible, it lacked the flavor and quality I was hoping for. With such a great atmosphere and strong service, improving the food would truly elevate the overall experience.
Overall, I’d return for the ambiance and service, but I hope to see some improvements to the menu in the future

Give a rave review of the waitress Victoria and how she made a bad day good. She kept enough conversation to keep engaged but not too over bearing. Food was good and drinks we ood too

I came in already having a pretty rough one, but from the moment she greeted us, her energy was warm and genuine. She has that rare ability to strike the perfect balance—she kept just enough conversation to keep us engaged and smiling without ever being overbearing. It felt natural, not forced, and that makes such a difference.
She checked in at all the right times, made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it, and handled everything with a calm, upbeat attitude. You can tell she truly cares about giving great service.
The food was delicious and the drinks were just as good, but Victoria’s service is what really stood out. She didn’t just serve a table—she changed the mood of the entire visit. What started as a bad day ended on a genuinely positive note because of her.
If you get the chance to have Victoria as your waitress, you’re in for a great experience. She’s a real asset and absolutely deserves recognition!

Melissa was absolutely amazing…super attentive and made the whole experience even better! The manager, Bobby Rodríguez was also very attentive! The aguachile at Ojos Locos was delicious, and the beer was perfectly crisp and ice-cold, just the way I like it. Definitely coming back!

We got sat at a table and sat there for 30 min before my husband had to get uo and go track down a waitress. We waited forever to get our drinks. The food was good even though it didn’t come out like we ordered it. Drinks were decent but made different each time. We are good tippers but im sorry we were not leaving a hearty tip for crap service. If you have new servers you need to a better job at training.

I love the cold drinks and hot food! The DJ is always playing great music. The chicas are amazing and do a great job. The managers here are very attentive and care about the service. We come twice a week to enjoy the drink specials and the atmosphere. Bobby, Sione, and Zeke have made an amazing improvement to the service, quality of food, and the hospitality.
