Yeah it I love birds I love fries I love chicken I like that monster box they got right now did you not put any air fresheners I like with the order comes with and it’s getting way too expensive you know if a truck could get oil down you guys should lower your food prices $29 for two meals sad. Maybe a little suggestion, maybe start a nightly rotation of a $5 combo meal each night it’s a different one I don’t know come on now hasn’t the American public made you billions trying to feed us back.

Visited 11/08/25, Noah at the window was super nice, funny, and a great vibe for the night. Typically this place only gets a 1 star rating from me and everyone else in this town but tonight was good! He’s way better than the other girl that smokes cigarettes all day. He doesn’t even smell like tobacco, I bet he smells way better. If you’re reading this, thanks, Noah! I would give 5 stars, but this review is only for him. Not the actual place.

I ordered the 2 taco for 99 cents from my app. I only received 1 taco and to top it off that 1 that I received was cold and tasted of old grease. I was already driving down the rd when I realized this major disappointment and remembering that they were busy at the time I had decided to just continue on my way home thankfully due to the bite of cold grease I had taken and irritation of only getting a partial order I had lost my appetite and drove home forgetting the hunger pains that caused me to stop in the first place…
Seems like for awhile now every time I stop at a jack n the box there seems to be an issue with my order , the food its self , or the customer service. I really doubt I will be stopping at the food chain anytime in the near future..

This Jack in the box has to be be one of the best .The workers here have paid for homeless people’s meal out of their own pockets.They have shown kindness towards the less fortunate in multitudes. The business itself has wonderful food. Affordable prices, speedy service, & the most friendly, kind, compassionate people I have seen in a long time !! Keep up the amazing job showing compassion, and being great human beings.

5 out of 10 times there are always missing items from my order. I should know by now that I need to check that I got what I paid for before I leave. Literally the worst run fast food restaurant in Clearlake. On top of that, the wait time to (maybe) get the food you paid for is ridiculous. Even if you order ahead on the app you still end up waiting.

It took them over 10 minutes to even acknowledge that there was somebody at the front counter, and then after I placed my order using coupons I had to wait another 45 minutes to get my food. One of the things I had ordered was the breakfast jack and I had asked her if my breakfast, Jack was in the bag she said yes I got home and I had Junior bacon cheeseburgers instead of the breakfast Jack. I also had gotten the chicken wraps and the chicken in the wrap was to hard to even bite into, and on top of all that the food wasn’t even warm.

Fodd is okay. But i can tell you what they are doing . The drive thru looks empty, and you think you are going to get a quick order in, but let me tell you that is not the case they park every single car. And i mean every one. And make them wait out front for the food so they can keep there time down. This is a way to make it look good for them to corporate. You pull thru and the line is empty then they tell you to park out front and as you pull around you see that the whole front area is full of parked cars waiting for food. This is ridiculous and im sure its against there policies to do this just to get there drive thru time down. This wont change no matter who responds to this review i see that they just comment on other peoples reviews saying how they will put some attention on this issue. Been there plenty of times and this just repeatedly happens. What a way to make it look luke there doing something good for the corporation manager. But they are prolly involved with it also
