This place is truly amazing! My husband and I has made it “our spot” for dates or nights when we don’t feel like cooking. Or just to relax and have a nice meal brought to us by amazing wait staff…but….please listen to your customers when we say we want the old chips back! These new ones are horrible. Yes I know, why even make a review over some silly chips….well I love the queso but can’t truly enjoy it without those amazing plain, true to Mexican restaurant chips. It is really true what they say “if it’s not broke don’t fix it”

Typically, we get breakfast tacos from there my husband decided to do something new And he got the pork chop plate, sunny side up eggs, a side of toast. The meal came with 2 good size pork chops. The rice and beans are legit to die for I love coming here and prices are reasonable!

No complaints about the food, but today was the 4th time I’ve been ripped off by the drive thru attendant for paying cash (they fold it up in the receipt so you won’t notice) and on top of that it was different people. 2 dollars here, 3 dollars here, these people owe me like 10 freaggin dollars. It’s not even the money. It’s the gall. Vent over. LOL

Order two tacos, one potato egg and bacon and one bacon egg and cheese. The man at the window had great customer service the tacos on the other hand could be better they forgot to put cheese in one of the tacos and the potatoes are very soggy, the only reason I’m reviewing this is because they forgot to put salsa in the bag 🙁

Update**
Tonight was the last straw for Cancun, they will longer have our business. Mini tacos were inedible, dripping in grease, and absolutely no flavor to the meat. This place has gone downhill. I was so disappointed that I drove back to the restaurant and handed them the tacos with no refund.

If you are looking for a budget friendly, convenient restaurant, Cancun is a clear south side dinner-winner. We get take out atleast once a week and they are CONSISTENTLY amazing. Tonight was no exception. They even took an extra step to ensure my tacos stayed crispy on the drive home:) The enchilada sauce has the right balance of chili/tomato/gravy flavor. Husband always gets extra rice, which is always flavored perfectly. Kids love everything on the menu as well. And the churros…keep it up Cancun!

Very good food for the price. Beer was on point with a nice touch of salt around the edge with lime slice. New to the area , my only issue was you have to pay for Salsa and Chips ,lol. which is fair .

The beef enchiladas were disgusting, the red sauce they put on top was unbearable to eat. Acapulco has better enchiladas. The rice was dry and the refri d beans was an odd color. Never eating here again. Waste of $15. Cancun more like CanNONE
