The staff was very friendly, service was fast, and the food was good!! Lobby was basically empty which made it easier to enjoy my meal. My only real complaint is that the women’s restroom was out of order. It was also very clean.

Took 20 minutes just to put my order in at drive thru, pay $45 told it’s going to take 20 more minutes (which I was ok with because I had a complicated order) then I get home after a 20 minute drive so all in all 1 hour later sit down to eat and im missing all my biscuits and buffalo sauce. This place takes at least 30 for the simplest order every time. Would not recommend going to this one unless you want to wast half of your day waiting on food.

Do not bother going through the drive through or placing a mobile order. You are garunteed to wait 30min or more for your food! It did not used to be this bad. The food is still great, which is sad because I don’t think I’ll be using this location again.

Nobody wore gloves. Cashier had a terrible attitude. My strips were so hard, i couldn’t eat them. The biscuits were flat. The fries and beans and rice were good and the tea was good. The AC was not on! It was HOT in there. Will not be back.

After waiting 20 minutes at the counter to be waited on- one time person was getting all orders for drive thru while the person taking drive thru orders only did that- mgr ignored customers at front desk until I asked if someone was taking orders for counter. This location is under staffed on front counter – 4 cooks — it’s bad enough waiting that long then you get cold chicken and subpar sides. I prefer KFC for this reason

The food was cooked way too long ago to be served to the public. The sweet tea tasted old. The restaurant was unkempt with signage all over the place. Don’t even get me started on the bathrooms. When I mentioned that the bathroom needed attention, I was met with blank faces with no emotions. Nothing was done about the bathroom before I left the store.
