My husband and I stopped in for a Sunday meal-and we had Kristin as our server and she was an absolute pleasure! Despite being short staffed-she was pleasant, attentive and kind. We ordered the whisky bacon burgers and they were juicy and packed with flavor!

Our waiter name was Christian D he was very friendly, quick, and attentive. He quickly took our order with great knowledge of the menu and a very good memory. He took all 5 of our orders without writing anything down, and he amazed my kids by how good his memory was. It was my son’s thirteen birthday, and even though they didn’t sing happy birthday anymore due to covid reasons. He brought a team out from the back of the house and proceeded to sing, which made my sons day. The food was amazing as well as the service. I definitely recommend this location and make sure to request Christian D if you want amazing service. You won’t be disappointed.

The 1 star is not for food because the food was actually great. Service actually suck. First waited for 20 mins for a table in an empty restaurant. Then waited for our server to approach the table for 10 mins. Waited another 15 mins for drinks and then had to wait on our food. The food was excellent. The thing that stood out is the servers and staff hanging at a table near the bar. The bartender was slow the make our drinks even though she had no customers. Never saw a manger till the end of our meal but however she walk right past our table no greeting or checked on us , she just pull up a chair to a table with other patrons and engage in a personal conversation the entire time we spent finishing the meal. We parted and not even a good bye thanks for coming. Not sure what standards you all hold management to but if your manager staff actually did their job maybe the staff could perform better because the food is actually good. Leadership starts with management and I frequently come despite the service but after tonight I think this will be my last time because the waiting in an almost empty establishment for service is just ridiculous

Great experience- the food is always pretty good there. Very rarely do they get it wrong. The service is always great! Chef’s kiss to our server Gloria. I tried the O-M-Gosh cheeseburger. Great concept. I enjoyed it. However, the fries were not so good. If you’ve ever tried to reheat fries in a microwave, that’s how they were. Not fresh – kind of cardboard feel. I think it’s because the fries are cooking twice. Once originally and a second time on the hot skillet with the cheese. Next time I will request my fries on a separate plate.

Despite having lived in MS for a considerable amount of time, neither my parents nor I had ever visited Applebee’s until Saturday, August 2nd. I chose to order a chicken quesadilla and mozzarella sticks, both of which were exceedingly tasty. I am eager to return and try the Bourbon Street Steak or Strawberry Chicken Salad, along with an Oreo milkshake on my next visit.

I moved here from Illinois and came here over a year ago, and the service and attitude was not good, so I stopped coming. But it it totally different now. I was greeted so friendly at the door, and the waitress was so kind, professional and very friendly. I felt like I was treated like a queen, and even the person in charge checked to make sure everything was good. Food was delicious and I shall return.

We had the best server; Kris. She was very attentive and friendly. She put our order in immediately and we had our food in about 10 minutes. We didn’t have to ask for refills nor extra napkins. She is a great server!
The food was okay. I had 1/2 rack of ribs and my friend had the sirloin. The presentation of sirloin was pitiful as you can see from photo. The ribs and fries were pretty good. There room improvement in regards to food.

Visited the Madison Applebee’s I tried the classic combo, and the Ribeye it was Hot/flavorful/well-cooked. Our server, Christy and the store manager Glenda were extremely attentive/friendly and made sure my drink was always refilled. The restaurant was clean/busy. Would definitely return for a quick neighborhood meal.” The two of them made me feel like family and will return.

I decided to visit the local Applebee’s because I had my sister in town and wanted to enjoy her and some drinks. That quickly turned sour after waiting 30 min for water I then finally got my order taken. Soon as this occurred we also ordered drinks and appetizers they bought my kids food out first no drinks had been given so the waiter informed us he was new which is understandable but what sent me over the edge was the manager walked out with our appetizers after she already came by earlier to ask about our drinks so I was confused why it took an hour for drinks to come and why would you take that long for a appetizer to come out. I really fill like he had poor training we had to tell him to bring us water and do basic things a waiter should know. I encourage this company to do a customer service class the manager was rude and did not make us fill like she had empathetic for our situation. This turned into a big ordeal when all we wanted was our beverages. I will not be coming back

Welp it’s an Applebee’s, food was hot, fresh and up to standards. My waitress Sykeria R was pleasant, friendly and great. My only complaint about the visit was the overall condition of the facilities, mainly the men’s room and the carpeting throughout. The bathroom was in disarray and smelled badly. It was obvious no one had checked on it or cleaned it. The carpeting walk areas has seen better days. It was worn and quite dirty. Bits of paper, food particles, etc layed about the floor and in between the tables. I think management needed to step up on that. Not the best Applebee’s experience, food and service thumbs up, cleanliness thumbs down. Tried a dollarita but it came late and I think it had sat and just watered down with melted ice.
