The interior looks fresh and clean, which is nice. However, there weren’t many staff members, so the service was quite slow. Overall, the experience was okay, but the wait time could definitely be improved.

Gets busy but if you order pick up on the app its flawless service, might have a bit of wait at times . If you order on Uber or grubhub you may get your food cold cuz the drivers may wait around for more pickups. That’s not on the staff though , yummy yummy mc dizzy

Highly disappointed my order was charged and accepted and then when I arrive its canceled. I had this order for pick up where I physically walked to get in the cold to get. If its a timing restriction then fix your app to not allow orders or workers not wanting to make the breakfast.

Very tight and small a lot of people and they don’t serve you food so quick and usually forget your order like basically if I were to order a big Mac with six piece chicken nuggets and a drink they might forget the six piece, chicken nuggets or anything else you know and I just don’t feel comfortable in there and the smell smells like really strong

Food is always fresh & hot, for the most part this location is kept clean. But no matter what time of day they are typically busy and you are going to wait longer than normal compared to other locations to receive your order.

“How do you feel about dating?” is just one of the unprofessional comments I overheard from a security guard on a private call. This is a family friendly review, so I’ll leave out his more grittier remarks. As for the food, I don’t know what happened to McDonald’s but something happened and it’s not good. This is the first time I ever got McDonald’s fries fresh out the grease that were trash. To spend $4.19 for a medium! fries and not finish it, let’s you know how bad they were. (IMO, Wendy’s hot & crispy fries are the best ones on the fast food market.) I was wondering why my order came out to $11.41 when the second Big Mac was for $1. The Big Macs were so unremarkable, I wouldn’t even have eaten another one for free. I always order McD’s burgers “well done” to avoid having a cold piece of cheese with edges sticking straight out; but they must have figured out my life hack because the cheese edges were barely curled. Overall, unless there’s some magic lotto numbers related to my purchase, it was just a bad decision on my part to eat here. This review is really 1 star. The second star is because one of the cleaning employees held open both doors for me, as I exited. I doubt I’ll ever be entering again though.

Bathrooms were extremely dirty. Staff was extremely rude and accused me of vaping in front of a whole crowd when it was just a ketchup packet. Food came out cold. Horrible experience would not recommend. I also saw rats running behind the kitchen counter.

Great location at the heart of Bay Ridge. Gets very busy during the day. Clean and fast service. I was here at around 10am on Sunday.
