Went to eat here yesterday for my birthday, they have unsweetened tea for a sweet tea. The spareribs were good but the texas brisket was not good at all. It doesn’t taste like brisket. I dont know why but the meat doesn’t taste like meat. It has weird taste to it. We will not go back to this location.

I don’t know why but today was the first time my husband and I had ever been here. We ordered our food for pickup. The guy at the counter was just finishing up bagging our order. The food smelled amazing. It was still hot when we got home, packed perfectly. The ribs/chili were excellent, spiced just right. We will definitely be back. Oh, the young man at the counter was very polite and friendly.

Vivian made this the whole 5 stars. Famous Dave’s has always had good food but her energy made everything that much better. One of my kids said “she giggles a lot”. She was everything you picture in someone who loves their job. Definitely will be back!

Had a nice dinner. From the door greeter to our server Noah, our group experienced was kind, friendly, happy workers. Food was served fast & hot & was delicious!
We visited here numerous times & treated with kindness every time.
Plan on going to the Duluth location more often than other places around town.

Good barbecue food. The best potato salad I have ever had. Servers friendly. This particular location has a more modern decor, which was a bit disappointing because I really like the old school Famous Dave style. We were seated near the door so it was a bit chilly. Poor design for a restaurant in Duluth where the winters can be so cold.

Awesome food every time! Absolutely wonderful staff. Only complaint is the windows don’t have blinds, so depending on your seat and time of day you might get 1000 year old solar photons making their way over 8 light minutes just to meet your retinas.

We liked the old location down in Canal Park so much better. This one lacks the ambiance, lacks cozy seating to enjoy a meal with a little privacy. The floors are severely slanted. Maybe it’s just me, but the menu seems to include less.

When I was a kid famous Dave’s was the place to go. Then famous Dave’s began to go. Haven’t seen one of these forever. So we stopped in. It was a major let down. Now I will say staff and servers are very friendly and we had no issues there. Food however was just bla. Like it doesn’t wow you, wasn’t very good. Had little to no flavor. Meat was dry, And definitely wasn’t worth the price. Seems famous Dave’s isn’t very famous anymore.

Famous Dave’s in Duluth catered our wedding, and we couldn’t be happier! The team was efficient, kind, and professional, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything went smoothly, and so many guests complimented the meal. Highly recommend them for any event!
