Went inside to get lunch. Stood there. There was a girl making sandwiches and the guy at the drive-thru. She didn’t speak English. Finally I got help ordered my lunch. It was good. I ordered a bacon Junior cheeseburger some fries didn’t want to go to the drive-thru. Didn’t know they were short-staffed but they won’t keep me from going there again. The food was good, fresh and hot made to order.

Pulled up today and was greeted with “welcome to wendy’s” and I waited a moment before I started to order, then I was interrupted and told to wait, which wasn’t a problem. I had to repeat myself several times both when ordering my meal and desert and I spoke up so the woman taking my order, Lynda, could hear me. Well she decided to snap at me about “I just couldn’t hear you do didn’t need to yell” as if I hadn’t repeated myself 6 times total gradually getting louder. Then come to find out they were all out of my drink and I didn’t want to spend another second ordering with her attitude. I smiled at her while waiting for the other woman to bring me a water, and she had the nerve to say “god bless you.” Well, Lynda, god bless you because I go to this Wendy’s almost every week but never again. You shouldn’t work in food service if you are gonna ask people to repeat themselves and get angry at them when they speak up so you can hear them. There was no way for me to know if the mic wasn’t working right or if I was speaking too softly and you decided to snap on me for it. If you don’t want customers giving you attitude don’t give them attitude.

I have one of the “Free Frosty Jr when you make a purchase” key fobs, and I always buy a small fry to get the free Frosty after I take my tried service dog (and his little brother) down to the oncologist very for his chemo. We celebrate having made it through another morning of fasting and chemo by sharing the fries and I enjoy the free Frosty, as we drive home. Sometimes we stop to see Daddy at work, depending on if the boys need a potty break. (Today they did not)
This is not our usual Wendy’s. For some reason I was busy doing something else when we buzzed by our regular Wendy’s, so we stopped at this one instead. I don’t think we’ll stop here again.
The gentleman running the drive thru didn’t seem to know what the Free Frosty key fob was, and he made me repeat myself 3 times (not because he was being funny because it’s so difficult to say, either ). Then, they gave me about a billion napkins, which I didn’t even need, because the fries weren’t even salted, so they weren’t “finger licking good” (to quote another fast food restaurant). They WERE nice and hot, though, and they did have flavor, even though there was no salt. The salt would have made them the BEST, though.
If you can’t have salt on your fries, Wendy’s are definitely the ones to order!
So, 4 because they were fast, and fresh, be and hot, and the Frosty was good and cold, but minus one , because I’ve been to better Wendy’s. I probably should take away 2 , but I’ll be generous until I try them again and find something different.

Worst Wendy’s that we’ve encountered.
The kiosk wasn’t working properly and when we asked the person in front he had a really bad attitude. It wasn’t our fault the kiosk wasn’t working. He was snarky and sarcastic with his comments.
Then we observed him being very rude to another customer at the point of raising his voice.
Will not be coming back to this location.

Every time I go through the drive through. I’m the lady on the mic is exceptionally nice. Gets the order perfect every time.This location has definitely improved in the past year.Highly recommend

Nuggets were dry, fries had a funky taste, only put one patty on my bacon double stack. Usually takes a fat minute to get your food too. Wouldn’t recommend this place. There are better Wendy’s in the area

They asked me for my ID for a refund. Lmao!!! They ended up giving me my refund anyway without me giving my ID . Reporting this to corporate as soon as they open. Manager also refused to identify herself. Thats ok, I know exactly what time this happened. “Manager” complaining about how it counts against her everytime she does a refund. So?!! Thats YOUR PROBLEM. Deal with it. Ive never been asked for my ID for a refund. Unbelievable. And the drive thru girl is absent minded. Find another job. The nerve to ask for MY ID and not even provide your name

Ordered through Uber, the driver asked for Honey Mustard for us. They gave him a dirty look and said no. Food was cold and didn’t taste good at all. The fries were barely filled up. They were super cold. Honestly for 40 bucks? I’d expect more from a restaurant

This is without a doubt, the worst Wendy’s I have ever dealt with. We own a company nearby, and occasionally on late nights we will try a burger from here. The quality is poor to say the least. Everything is on the old side, and they never get the order right. Not surprising given where they are located. Every time I say I should’ve known better, please read this review and don’t give it a try.
