I got a steak and asked for it to be medium rare. I received it well done. Usually I don’t say anything but i decided to get a ribeye that costed me $26. They offered to remake it and seemed really nice about it. After they bought the second steak out it was literally all fat and was just nasty I couldn’t even eat it.

We had a very good experience at this chilis. Our waiter, Jaden, was so great. He was attentive and really on top of it and took good care of us. The food was good and everything ordered was correct. Atmosphere was fine. We would definitely go back and would ask to sit in Jaden’s section. It’s always great to have superior service.

The entire visit start to finish was great. The server, her name is Vanessa – absolutely wonderful. She was prompt, friendly, efficient. She did checks for drinks and refills. The meal was perfectly prepared. The manager checked to see how everything was as well. The amount of food brought out was enough for take out as well

Went out for lunch, paid about 20 dollars for my meal. Always have left overs from Chili’s. Service was amazing, chips and salsa were delivered 30 seconds after ordering. Kevin was spectacular. Very polite young man, and professional, he even refilled my drink 3x. Didn’t even have to ask. Food came out within 10 minutes. Hard to find service as good as that!

Feb 2026: Hadn’t been to a Chili’s in years. This was the worst dining experience I’ve had since 2020. Understaffed. Bad service. Beer taps down. Food was meh at best, I didn’t even eat half of the burger. Few staff that were there seemed indifferent and would not come to the table for refills or check ins. Kitchen staff had to bring out our food.

My family highly recommends this Chili’s. Jeff Cooper, the general manager, demonstrated exceptional hospitality. Our server, Erica, was exceptionally attentive, ensuring that our dining experience was thoroughly enjoyable. My family enjoyed the fresh trio dip, which complemented our delicious margaritas, fajitas, OTC, chicken bacon ranch quesadillas, and all of which were expertly prepared. Great prices, Margaritas, Appetizers and 3 meals $90.00!

All staff at this fine establishment rock! The gentleman who seated us was courteous and respectful. Our waitress was the best as she really treated my wife and I very kindly. The chef … Someone high-five him/her for putting love into our meal. Everything about it was superb. All of which is a reflection of management: Dougie and Anna.
