The customer service at this location is amazing. Zee, in particular, is the reason I come here and will continue to keep coming back. I don’t really know how to order what I like but I trust her and she rings it in perfectly everytime. She is amazing and delivers exceptional hospitality every single time. I really hope she gets recognized for her hard work and dedication to her job.

Serenity,Amir and Julie were absolutely amazing and so sweet. Thank yall for the kindness. My frog cake pops were so good and the coffee Amir created for me was exactly what I wanted. My only complaint is that this parking lot needs serious work. Everytime I come here the drive thru line is so long I can’t get out when pulling out with my car or the people coming in and out block me in. On average I have to wait at least 5 minutes before I’m clear to back out. Parking lot nightmare.

This particular Starbucks has NEVER gotten my order correct. I ordered a danish, sausage muffin, and Venti dark roast w/ extra cream and sugar. It’s been 24 minutes thus far. The Danish and muffin were ready when I arrived at about 6:25 but, I just got the coffee at 6:50. Twice, in the past, the coffee cup just crumble in my hand, spilling coffee in the truck and burning my hand. Twice the muffin was hard and cold. Etc. The interesting thing is several other customers were also complaining and they were given excuses but NO hint of compassion expression of regret. And, this is the ONLY Starbucks I’ve been to which can’t get the amount of sugar or creamer correct … EVER!

Came here a couple days ago and it was busy as normal . A girl named Rowan made my drink and she had the cutest handwriting. I don’t come here often but normally Zee or Jocelyn makes my drinks so I was skeptical lol. I was greeted by the baristas as soon as I walked in . They had the biggest smiles and one named Keloni ensured that my drink was coming up. Another thing I noticed was how Rowan called out what drinks she was making and what’s next! My food was fresh and my Shaken Espresso was so good! It’s a lot of new faces in the store!!! It’s great to see how many baristas can make my drinks right consistently ! It was a wait but I’ll definitely be coming more often ! I see why the line is always wrapped everytime I pass by!

WOW!! Where do I begin…as I walked in up to the register there was a sign read mobile or drive thru. I immediately walked out and told my daughter…her response was you have your phone go and order. I walked back in went to the register I was greeted by Dani. She was so awesome, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. She literally took my phone, because she saw me struggling figuring out what I wanted for me and my other daughter that was in school. I explained to her what kind of drink I think she always order, and she figured it out and placed all of my orders without ease. I was very impressed by her…imagine that’s not her job, however she went beyond and above of helping me. To be honest my daughter in school places all orders and added to my app. I don’t keep up on certain things. I wanna say please give Dani and all the staffs from the back of the house to the front of the house and extra recognition today for me Thanks! 12-15-25

Starbucks Hwy 138 Conyers, Georgia is the best! Reshon and Anthony are the very best! They both consistently take great care of me and Laura. We are grateful to family for gift cards which makes for a fun date night playing games and enjoying hot lattes and hot tea. Please ask for them and tell them that Mr. Robert sent you.

Came to order my usual coffee and love being greeted by my name due to me being a regular. However today when I got there the man with the long hair told me the coffee machine was down and offered a replacement order so I asked for a cappuccino and not only did he make it but did a great job at it. The absolute slowest service at any Starbucks I’ve ever seen. Why would you not do all items in the same order? Hysterical order. No sense of urgency. I travel for work and have been to a lot of Starbucks. This is the slowest by far.
