We arrived home, to find out that the breakfast sandwich we order had nothing in it, only the croissant, when we ordered a “croissant with egg.”
The name on the receipt is “Sonia Beatriz P,” who could be just the cashier and not the person who took the order. So, I’m sorry if it’s not you, but it has your name on it.
It is very important to pay attention and listen to every detail of someone’s order, and if you think you are giving someone a deal, make sure you communicate that to the customer.
My order was read back to me correctly I never heard the cashier say double Jack with a single patty.
When I drove to the cashier window my order was read to me correctly.
Once I drove away I found that my order was wrong… I was not given a receipt the first time and I was told I had to pay $1.66 for the other patty for an order that I made no mistake on.
When I walked inside to explain that my order was wrong two ladies were standing in the back and neither acknowledged me I stood there saying excuse me several times for at least 4 to 5 mins with no acknowledgement.
Finally the cashier came out and acknowledged me but made me wait maybe another 3 to 4 mins.
She admitted that the order was wrong on her part but still made me pay for the second patty…
I was so very upset.
she printed out the original receipt that she did not hand me in the beginning.
I wasn’t thinking and threw it away on my way out.
My first visit to this Jack in the Box and I think it will be my last.
