This Five Guys location in Bala Cynwyd Shopping Center has great staff members that prepared my food with care. The store is well clean and organized for the employees to prepare the food. The kitchen was nice and clean while working on my food. Keep up the good work

Stopped in for a patty melt at Five Guys. The cheese was perfectly melted and the sandwich looked great, but the overall flavor was surprisingly flat. I added fried onions, ketchup, mayo, and mustard and still found it under-seasoned. BBQ sauce usually helps bring it to life, but the burger itself should stand on its own. Texture was good — it just needed more seasoning. Not bad, just not as flavorful as I expected.

Today the store was slammed due to a deal unbeknownst to the crew at Five Guys. When I arrived I was asked my name for the pick up order. There was a slight wait, but the crew offered a drink and made sure I knew my food was being worked on. The sandwich assembly table was full of burgers being made, everything was fast. I received my order within a few minutes. The food was fresh and hot. The staff were all working as a teams to prepare food for this rush they had all day. Even with everything happening all crew remained calm, friendly and helpful.

They were slammed tonight with a free burger deal and my food was late but I can’t blame them in the slightest. They were all working hard and asking customers their names to hurry orders. They were all showing effort and care pride in their work great job team.

My receipt shows a lot more than what my burger ended up having. Please see pictures. I didn’t make a fuss as I didn’t pay for the toppings. However I asked for 5 toppings of which I got one.

I went to this location couole of weeks ago. Lots of seating space. I ordered online and went there for pick up. It took about 20 minutes to get the food and the restaurant wasn’t that busy. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and a fountain soda. Very expensive. The sandwich didn’t taste good at all. Very bland. The location is in the mall with ither stores and restaurants. I regret wasting my money going there when I could go some other restaurants next to it.

I’ve been going to this location for a couple years now. I can’t rave about it enough. Super courteous, friendly, and hardworking staffs. They’re efficient and yet are able to keep an upbeat atmosphere not only amongst each other but with customers as well. They apologized on multiple occasions for the “wait.” It was barely a wait. I asked if they have a Coke Zero (which unfortunately don’t have) so I passed on it. While a staff member was leaving to end their shift, they passed by me and asked if I got my coke. It was such a small gesture but really goes to show how much they take care of the customers.

The burgers & fries are still the best tasting of all the burger joints. But, to either my surprise or dismay, i learned they use peanut oil to cook with! I have to research the health implications eating foods cooked in peanut oil. Still taste friggin amazing

Delicious burgers and cajun fries. The shake was great too. They got my order wrong so check your order. but they fixed it with no issue and made me fresh fries. So it did take longer than I expected.
