We were sat down with no silverware. The smell of the restaurant was kind of dank much like someone’s basement. No one received silverware after our group sat down. After we ordered everyone stared at our side salads for 15 minutes before receiving anything to eat it with. By the time I got to try my side salad, I noticed the lettuce was slightly sour. The lettuce was going bad. The steak I ordered was also so cooked that it was dry as a leather shoe. This is by far one of the worst Red Lobsters I have ever been to. I will not be coming back.

Addy is a truly excellent waitress she went above and beyond. She was exceptionally kind to my daughter she had her giggling thw whole time! I will certainly be requesting her service on my next visit. I hope she gets paid well because she certainly deserves it.

Shonna did amazing job serving us today. She especially stayed to make sure my boyfriend’s steak was cooked the way he wanted. The crab legs and mashed potatoes were delicious!

I came into eat with my family, the host Alma was amazing and so sweet when she greeted us &brought us to our table that was ready immediately. Our server Casey had the best personality! She sat and talked with us, made us laugh, and was very knowledgeable of the menu & professional at her service. She knew the answer to all our questions &made sure our drinks & food got out fast for us! That part was very important to me, because my daughter is 3 yrs old &gets very antsy in restaurants. The food was OUTSTANDING!! Definitely try the crab queso & lobster dip!! The crab legs with the Roasted Garlic butter was phenomenal. The management truly cares &checked in with us on how everything was going, the GM is super nice. We definitely will be back real soon! Best Red Lobster in town!!

Went in and got set down tried to order drinks for happy hour no bartender and then told the waitress that I was on a diet cause I had surgery and told them about it. Got food and everything was cooked in butter and told the waitress I could not have it. My husband ate some and swelled up and got the manager the manager argued with us saying it was soy based butter. It’s still butter! It’s high fat still can’t have it. Ordered shrimp scampi it wasn’t even a pasta it’s supposed to be pasta

My husband and I went for lunch. Emilie was our server. She was very attentive but not overbearing. She was a very pleasant young lady who seemed to sincerely like her job. I’m sure she’s an asset to the Red Lobster family.

We tried this place a couple of years ago and it was horrible , thought we’d try it again because we were really craving seafood and it was actually good, not like wow but good my tequila flights were delicious, could of used more tequila but good. Waitress was very kind and unfortunately the restaurant has a funny smell ?

Came in and waited almost 5 minutes before anyone even came to the front to seat us. Tried the bar and there was no one there either. Had a waitress say was going to get them. They never showed. Asked if we could get a booth for my elderly parents who I told them have back problems and can’t sit very long on chairs and have a table just pushed up against the booth for the rest of our party. Management said we won’t do that for you. We get seated at a table in front of the bar and after 15 minutes no bartender ever appeared. The service was nonexistent. Not a place I or my family would recommend nor return to.
