Ordered the tenders and popcorn shrimp combo and this is what I got…pretty sad also asked for two sauces which I didn’t get-not to mention I had to pull over to the side and wait for 15+ mins for it. Also didn’t get a spork for my red beans and rice-used to come here at least 2x a week idk what’s going on but it’s not good.

No line at 9 pm on Friday night 3/28/2025! The young man working the window had excellent customer service he was patient while I ordered. It Had been years since I’ve been to a Popeyes and that was in Nebraska. But the young man asked me if I wanted drinks with my meals which was super nice because usually maybe not Popeyes but other fastfood assume you want it. So I knew I had pop at home and didn’t need the two drinks,.
I got 3 piece spicy combo with mash a gravy, then a shrimp tackle box with rice and beans. The young man asked at the window if i wanted any other sauces which is always much appreciated for it’s not the norm to ask seems these days. They had me pull up for my shrimp to cook. Only took for 3 mins before another man brought my food out. Then the young man that originally helped me rain out and gave me the extra sauce I asked for. Food great, but that young man had solid Customer service. Wish I got his name to mention. Will be back . All that food for $16 bucks. But remember that’s with no drinks.

I’ve been a loyal Popeyes customer for years, and I’ve always enjoyed the experience. Unfortunately, since moving to Huntsville, my experience has been extremely disappointing.
The service at this location is by far the worst I’ve ever encountered. I waited over 30 minutes for my order, the chicken was not good, and they didn’t even have sauce available. On top of that, the staff was very rude and made me feel like I was wasting their time.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The only positive thing was the fries. To make matters worse, many other customers were also complaining about how long everything was taking.

I place order on Jan 15 Chicken with side Mac and with the charge extra 2.00 just to substitute the mash potatoes with and second side coleslaw,mango slushie and strawberry pies . Initially it was supposed to be delivered there were no delivery so I had to pick up the order and notice the chicken was rotten. So now only I to pay additional money to pick the order but the food was rotten. Which I can’t eat .

Extremely long wait and mediocre service performance from staff. Always complications with missing food and it’s never done when you order 15-20 minutes in advance online or when pickup through the drive thru. Makes no sense that no additional work has been done to improve the condition of their service.

I haven’t been to Popeyes in a long time but I used to enjoy going. However we went yesterday to treat ourselves and not only did we have to wait at the speaker for over 15 minutes just to place our order (I understand they can get busy but the parking lot was empty and only one car was at the window in front of us) they were out of half the items we wanted. They were Also still advertising the Freddy meal all over the place that they said they no longer were selling. We decided to pick a couple random items that they still have even though they were out of about five different items we tried to buy. We pulled up to the window payed and were asked to pull up where we waited an additional 15 minutes for them to bring our food out to us and we’re not even given our drinks. The lady had to walk back to the drive through window to get them. The food was still in decent condition, I guess, but unfortunately we will not be returning because the absolute lack of courtesy and the time in took us to get our food has put us off from ever coming back. Popeyes I expected better service from somewhere that used to be one of my favorite places to eat

Ordered through the app, went to pick up and was told there were quite a few orders ahead of us. So we wait. 25 minutes later someone comes out to ask me my name again for my order. Then finally, after 30 minutes we get our order, but they ran out of lids so be careful with red beans and rice plus mashed and gravy so they don’t spill. Ok, we will figure it out as long as the order is correct. Welp, we get home and the order is wrong. Missing a full three piece order, and the chicken we do have is cold.
What can I say at this point, just plain bad.
Not sure if we will give them another chance, only time will tell.

I had an amazing experience at this Popeyes! The food was hot, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The restaurant was clean, and the service was fast and friendly. Special shoutout to Chelsea Sam — she was super nice and made sure my order was perfect. Definitely one of the best Popeyes locations I’ve been to!
