My experience was terrible here. I came in to order through a kiosk. We ordered a McDouble, French fries , 3 snack wraps and a Diet Coke. We had the food brought to us and they forgot our McDouble so I walked up to the counter to ask for the forgotten McDouble and I asked for ketchup as well. I said excuse me sir they forgot my McDouble. Also may I have ketchup please. I showed him the sheet that had number 30 on it. Well the gentlemen that helped me smashed ketchup packets in my hand. Then while waiting for the McDouble he walked past me THREW it ON ANOTHER CUSTOMERS TABLE to which it was number 14(which still had the sign on it)! He threw it on their table.
The customers who he threw MY FOOD ON already had ALL of their food! I asked is the customer is that my McDouble and he said yes. Customer even said we aren’t even the same table. This employee was just downright RUDE! I was polite to him !
Also the women’s bathroom HAD NO WATER TO WASH MY HANDS! So my guy friend had to take me to the men’s washroom so I could wash the soap off my hands! Also the snack wraps were made TOTALLY off. One snack wrap had a LOT OF spicy sauce on it. The other one had barely any sauce. Instead of putting it ALL the way through the snack wrap they just put it on the end! I have never had SUCH BAD TREATMENT. This was RUDE! Also disgusting that their was NO WATER IN THE WOMENS WASHROOM SO THEY ARE NOT WASHING THEIR HANDS!

Prices go up yet food quality goes down I don’t get it. N most of the time they arnt even friendly. Like come on I don’t want to pay $30 for a family of 3 to eat and either everything is wrong or just straight slop like they don’t care if a person or a dog is gonna eat it. I do not like stopping at any McDonald’s because it’s usually the same. An the sweet tea is a hit or miss and they won’t remake it for you because they make in batches. I try to get a cone from time to time but the ice cream machine is down or the employees are just to lazy to make it.

Poor quality and management. Service is always slow and lazy. Food is either way too hot to even enjoy or stale like its been under a heatlamp. No in between. Worst of all, the coke is always somehow flat, not ran out of syrup type, just flat like its been in a 2 liter for 6 months now kinda flat.

We waited over 15 minutes for our food (chicken mcgriddle, sausage mcmuffin, 2 hashbrowns, an iced coffee, and a small coffee). I asked the manager about it and she said they were waiting on the biscuits, but i didn’t order a biscuit. Then she said she was waiting for the chicken because the chicken is made fresh every time. There’s no way they make it fresh every single order. She said our order was ready but they were waiting on hashbrowns. At that point they had to remake the coffee because the ice was melted in the ice coffee and the hot coffee was cold. The service was horrible. No communication.

Last month with the toys, I bought 15 of them and got 15 of the exact same, letting me know that the staff had cherry picked them. On top of that tonight through DoorDash was buying dinner for myself and my nephew and they forgot one of the sandwiches. They could do better, but they probably won’t.

Probably shouldn’t let people order something in the app if you won’t make what they ordered, and then just tell them to cancel in the app which doesn’t immediately refund them. Borderline fraudulent

Ordered at 11:52. Received my food at 12:16. In excess of 20 mins for McDonald’s is a joke. Worst one around!!!

Ordered breakfast in app at 10:24, arrived at 10:33 to pick up food. Was told I was too late for breakfast, as they apparently won’t make my meal til I get there when I order for ASAP pickup, and they will HARD cut off breakfast at 10:30.
Was also told to cancel my own order in the app to get a refund, instead of an individual at the store being willing to refund me. Always love how a business can take my money in 3 seconds, but not return it for days when they can’t deliver on what I paid for.
