I ordered 2 BACON egg and cheese crossan’wiches for breakfast today. Instead, they gave me two sausage ones, and one had a SUNFLOWER SEED! Fall out of the packaging Next to the sunflower seed was the black stuff on top of the sandwich?? VERY disappointed and frankly really upset that I wasted my money. I want a refund or replacement sandwiches made by someone who knows workplace cleanliness.

Me and my mom came in tonight with a big Krabby patty meal order (7 total, also two orders of nuggets ). The staff was so friendly and helpful for us. Not a single item was forgotten, and they answered all my many questions. Very thankful and pleased with the hard working employees 🙂 .

Went there because it BK is typically one of the few places I am able to get food I am not allergic to, however we start our order and there is a 2$ upcharge on every burger we are about to order. When I ask about why there is a charge, the speak goes “well thats just because of the patty” and when I ask for more information the line is cut and another workers voice comes in reasking what we would like to order. It felt so underhanded me and the wife left without buying anything, and went to McDonlds. I still didnt get anything to eat, but at least she got something. Absolute bad experience all around.

I ordered a burger and fries. This is their basic product. Fries were nice and hot but my burger was lukewarm and had no condiments. No ketchup, no mayo? How do you screw up a core product like this? My su dae came with about half as much ice cream as I was expecting. For the price, and given what I ordered, I didn’t expect to walk away hungry.

I live near this particular bk and it is a shining example of a really poorly run and extremely frustrating BK. The drive thru workers pay no attention to any customization even if you are the only customer in line. The managers don’t respond to complaints and they even run out of diet soda. No wonder the place is always empty

Just went to Burger King and ordered fries, onion rings and chicken nuggets with dipping sauce. They didn’t give me my onion rings or the dipping sauce. Definitely check your order before you leave. I tried to call them….no answer.

The cashier was super friendly and helpful. The place was nice and clean. Overall I had a really good experience there. I also highly recommend their churro fries. They are *chefs kiss*

My husband went Burger king of river rd. Today to order 2 whoppers jrs. Large fries off rewards. 2 rodeo cheese burgers. 2 kids meals. And mozzarella sticks. Because our daughter wanted mozzarella sticks. We drove although way back to our house. Sat everyone down to realize mozzarella sticks were missing. My daughter was upset. I called Burger king to tell them they have forgotten mozzarella sticks, the lady was extremely rude on the phone her name is marrisa. I told her the order she said we didnt pay for the mozzarella sticks. I told her ok I understand but we told the guy taken our order when we came there the first time he is the one who didnt charge it. So I went over there drove although way back to tell them in the drive through machine that they have not put the mozzarella sticks that my husband have ordered. And at first it was that young guy who took my husband’s order the first time. When marrisa heard it was about the mozzarella sticks she took over the inner come and told me I had to pay for it because they on there end didnt charge it when my husband did infact orderd it. Marrisa was very rude and unprofessional. I will not be going there again.

Every time i come here, i never fully get what i order. Today has been the worst yet, i ordered a whopper meal, medium with no tomato and add cheese and some ranch on the side. I got no ranch, no cheese, and for some reason got jalapenos added on my burger. was already having a bad day, and this made the rest of it worse.
