I stopped in today and tried the new chicken finger tacos—absolutely delicious! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service felt genuine. I also noticed how clean the restrooms were, which says a lot about how well the restaurant is managed. Great experience all around!!

The location is nice. I ordered a cobb salad and I am very upset that they gave me a very poorly sized salad! I know that they serve better food than this! An employee from this store Stole my credit card information after i forgot my card in the drive thru. I spoke Justin Joiner the owner and he would Not say anything over text messages, And would only speak to me on the phone. This was most likely because they were all actively hiding what happened. They expected me not to follow up, but I did. Don’t go here, they will steal your money and they will cover it up. The girl who did it literally looked me up on Facebook afterwards. What a creep. I saw you, Zenovia! You are pathetic.
I bought a drink and it tasted like dirt by the way. They definitely do not clean their drink machine. And if they do, they’re not doing it properly. I would also not be surprised if this location had like mold or roaches or something because it was really nasty.

Spent $35 and missing items on delivery. Went to restaurant and the Night Manager was so rude and mean. Didn’t even replace the missing items. Blamed the Uber driver for stealing even though it was a 1 block delivery and I met driver at car. Other

Very bad customer service. The young guy gave me a bad look from the moment I walked in. I asked about a wrap and his answer was “its a wrap”. I asked for ranch dressing. When the lady gave me the bag and I asked to make sure I got my 2 ranch.She then told me I had to pay for them. Not once did the young guy say anything about a charge for them, nor did the older man to him. The food wasn’t even hot. The customer service (should I say lack there of) was the worst I’ve ever experienced at Zaxbys.

I frequently swing through this Zaxby’s when heading toward Tampa, since it is right off the highway. Usually they are just like every Zaxby’s – but this was quite disappointing. I had ordered 5 fingers, but the chicken was so small, I thought they had gotten the order wrong. Quality was standard for what you expect, but the portion of chicken was very disappointing.
I did bring it to the attention of the person at the counter (when I thought they gave me an incorrect order), but they were more concerned about the new customers.
So I simply ate my small portions and left.

STOLE MY CREDIT CARD WHEN I LEFT IT IN THE DRIVE THRU!
I went to this location to get a drink. The drink wasn’t even good. You could taste the nasty water through the drink, or maybe they just don’t clean their drink machine.
I also left my card there and the lady working in the drive-through stole my credit card. They caught her on surveillance flipping my card over and writing down numbers, and likely tried to hide The half of the video where she flipped the card over And then wrote down a number on a piece of paper. They Would not confirm that this person has been fired!
Check your credit card statements if you’re gonna go to the Zaxby’s! ASAP!!
ETA: I already did that and we have already spoken. There is no point for us to discuss this further. There is no resolution to fix what you guys did.

Zaxby’s do better! Ordered chicken strips X 2. Chicken and sides room temperature at best. Had to ask for ice and napkins. The dining room and tables were very dirty. We used to love Zaxby’s, but we are no longer going back. What a shame!
