ordered through the drive thru and we couldn’t hear the person taking the order because of the loud music in the background. person checking us out was very unfriendly and as soon as we left the flavor we asked for was wrong. Came back right away and asked for the right one. Right flavor this time but the cone and toppings we had paid extra for were no longer added. Just gave us a plain cone and ice cream. Very disappointing

I stopped by Twistee Treat and let’s just say… professionalism is not on the menu. These kids are young, and it shows. If your order comes out the way you asked for it, consider that the win. The joking around, the procrastination on getting orders out, and the lack of customer service are all part of the experience. They’re order takers — that’s about it… at best.

One stop goto ice-cream shop twistee treat – Village Market Wesley Chappel. You too have drive through option. The people working there are very friendly & understanding. Everyone loves the ice-cream from here as it’s fresh. They have different flavors (sundae, banana split, glaciers etc) but ours special is Chocolate-Vanilla ice-cream with fudge & brownie toppings (marshmallow additional as per kid request) with very good quantity. Never judged/looked the price as we love it. I definitely recommend this place and one should try. Also note they are open till 10;30 PM, so fun/good time can happen that time (family time).

This was my first visit to the twistee treat. I wanted to bring my toddler for a special experience and treat. I found it very bizarre that their menu has no prices listed. I had to ask the girl ordering and even she didn’t know. She had to look it up on the computer. I didn’t want to bother her anymore by asking the fine details of what toppings were or were not included. I figure I would order and just pay what ever. I assumed one topping might be free or low cost. Brace yourself for the price of SPRINKLES $1.04 for literally a little sprinkling. I mean at this point it is what it is, I’m not going to hassle the minimum wage worker. However, I do feel like the customer should know the prices are NOT transparent. I mean don’t get me wrong I don’t mind driving 10 minutes down the road to cold stone and paying much more, because to me their ice cream is top tier and the prices are on the menu. I felt like it was very average soft serve ice cream. I honestly would probably qualify it more 3 – star, but I want to give feedback to the owner and other potential customers. I don’t want to bring their rating down or anything. Please make your prices visible and clear. The other thing that was a frustration is you have to wait to ask for more napkins. I was standing at the window dripping ice cream and just waiting for someone to open the window. Please make it easy for customers to grab napkins that choose to hang out and eat. I hope that other customers find this helpful and perhaps the owners will consider my feedback if others feel as I do.

I’m not sure if Twistee Treat cut back on how much ice cream they give and charge the same amount or if last night they didn’t give me the right amount..? The girl was very sweet and friendly considering I went close to closing but I’m confused on the portion size. I got 2 kid cups with sprinkles for $7 but I ordered the same order in the past and I DEFINITELY got more ice cream..

I love Twisty Treat! So many different options and you can even get yourself an ice cream cookie sandwich. The kiddie size is such a great deal and my kids usually can’t finish thiers so there’s always extras for me! We love to ride our scooters from the house and have fun family night at Twisty Treat!

The ice cream here is absolutely delicious. Rich, creamy, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. It tastes the way real ice cream should. There are tons of topping options, and the presentation is both creative and fun. The wait time was short, and the service was smooth. We’ll definitely be returning as regulars.
