Went out for dinner with some friends on 02/21/26 for a birthday and the service was terrible. We had a server named Darius, I’m not sure if he was new, but he was nice. My advice to him is to just check up on his tables more. I ordered water got sprite, our app took 40mins to arrive at our table. Once it arrived (by the manager) he did not apologize for the wait and it felt/looked out fries were sitting out on the hot plate. Not even 5 mins later our mains came out and the burgers were not cooked to correct temp and some items that were requested off were on the burgers.

We had an excellent dinner at Applebee’s. The service was great! The young lady was attentive and yet didn’t hover over us. She was very polite and made a couple good recommendations.
My wife ordered the Salmon which she said was very good. I had the bourbon street steak and it was perfectly done. My knife went through it like it was butter. It was medium done. We also enjoyed a tray of appetizers which came out surprisingly fast.

I am only giving 4 instead of 5 stars because of a menu item not being available at the time I was visiting. Otherwise, everything was wonder! It’s my first time sitting and dining alone, anywhere! This was an enjoyable experience. I am a picky eater, and my server Juliana didn’t question my choices. She was attentive, and checked on me often. The restaurant was clean and quiet. Definitely will dine here again! Thank you Juliana

Food was amazing and served quickly. Megan was an amazing server and put up with my uncle’s banter. We all had an excellent time and all the food was terrific. If you in the area and want a home cooked meal without cooking this is the place. Price wasn’t too bad cause when you go out it’s always gonna be more. Face it promotions approved with 3 .

Ordered take out on a whim.. was in the area meeting up with a person for a fb market place purchase and I don’t get to eat at Applebee’s because we don’t have one on Williamsburg where I live. I’ve had a craving for some items so when I discovered where i had to meet the market place people i was super excited wasnexcited.. ordered their 2 for $25through the curbside. The food said something like it would take 14 mins.. it didn’t come out so we ended up calling from the parking lot. The manager on duty answered (I forget his name) he apologized and said it would be right out. Which it was! However I checked the boxes and and parm chicken that was supposed to be on top of fettuccine noodles and the 2nd meal was chicken tenders and fries was missing instead it was just 2 orders of fettuccine with no chicken on either went inside and confirmed the order had glitched. The ticket I sent and the ticket the kitchen had were totally different orders. Explained what we got va what I actually ordered and also told him that I hadn’t eaten there in so long and he didn’t even blink eye. When⁹ most managers would have just cooked the chicken at most and apologized. The manager last night went above and beyond by rebooking 2 pastas with chicken AND the strips and fries also at no additional cost. He handled everything perfectly with out having to really ask or complain. I was very pleased with his service and the food was hot and cooked well.. I’d def drive 40 mins back to order or dine in again in the future after that experience!

Food was descent. Not like it used to be. Presentation could use some work, food came out luke warm: sizzling chicken and shrimp and fiesta chicken. Food needed more flavor but was edible after our 4 hour drive. Spinach/artichoke dip was watery. Wings were the best thing we got. Oh, and the fruity lemonade was a bit too tart.

As soon as we were seated, our waitress informed us that the kitchen is struggling tonight. It took 47 minutes from the time we placed our order to when our food arrived. Then my food didn’t look like the picture in the menue! I was missing key ingredients! Our waitress even noticed the difference and came back in 20 minutes with a saucer containing mote ingredients! Overall, I had a bad experience and I won’t be returning!

Cheyanne sat us so was so sweet. Kayden was our server and she was fantastic. She was quick, sweet, and over all amazing. Will come back to see both of them.

This used to be a decent place to eat but I’m not sure if there’s been a management change or what. The last few times I have eaten here the service and food has been dismal. One of the recent visits, we had a server that was very obviously sick serving us. A sick person is not who you want handling your food. The food has been way over seasoned and over cooked. Takes forever to get a server to your table and takes forever to get your food then your server disappears again and forget about a drink refill. Lots of stuff out of stock as well. 3 dismal visits in a row and we won’t be back until someone else is managing this restaurant.
