This was, without a doubt, the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. I walked in and the atmosphere was just gross—tables were sticky, the floor was covered in what looked like a week’s worth of dropped food, and every trash can was overflowing. It felt like nobody had bothered to clean up all day.
Then came the food, and somehow, it was even worse. As I was eating my bowl, I bit down on something incredibly hard. I spit it out and it was a giant avocado pit. Yes, a whole, uncut avocado pit just sitting in my guacamole. It’s not just a quality control issue; it’s a health and safety risk. To top it all off, I found a large, white, slimy piece of what was clearly the bottom of a head of lettuce—a nasty “lettuce butt” that should have been thrown away, not served to a customer.
This location needs a serious inspection. The lack of cleanliness and basic food preparation standards is appalling. I’m not sure I’ll ever be able to eat Chipotle again after this.

The issue with this Chipotle store is always the wait. Be prepared always to stand in line for a good long time. Also, I no longer online order from here either as it also unreliable with the time it takes to get my food from when I ask to pick up. It is worth going to a different out of the way Chipotle store other than this one.

I just want to say “WATCH WHAT YOU EAT!!!!”. Went in to grab a bowl and as I was eating, I bite something hard and pointy, spat it out and saw that it was wood. I assumed that it was probably from outside but as I looked through my bowl, I saw more and decided to throw it away. And no, it wasn’t a stem from a plant or anything like that, it was rock hard and pointy, like woods you’ll find from crates. Contacted support about this establishment but to no avails. Just wanted to warn people who goes to this establishment!!! If you have kids and feeding them food from this shop STOP!!! It can cause serious harms if they don’t know any better. This is a lawsuit that’s waiting to happen!!!!

We go to this spot weekly. But know that it’s hot or miss with the lines, so we order to go, and EVER-FREAKING-TIME it’s never done, feels like its never started.
If the app didn’t take payment already, I would just hop in line since that seems to be quicker. Online orders should be PRIORITY, just like every other fast food place does.

Service was horrible. I walked in and walked up to the counter. Service was so slow and sloppy by the time I got to the register the line was back to the door. The young workers were so slow. No sense of urgency or even like they wanted to be there! Young lady got sour cream all over the top of my bowl. I asked could she wipe it off. She took her hand and wiped over it which just smeared it across. For management this was Wed 1/21 around 1pm. Service was horrible and brown rice was hard. I will not be back. I will drive out of my way for better service and food!!

I live right behind this location (writing this 3.26.25)and it’s nice to have this within minutes of where I live. Food is great and delicious. If you enjoy fast casual eateries, especially Chipotle, this is what you would very much enjoy!

This chipotle is by far the stingy-est one Ive ever been to. The portions are way smaller, they didnt even want to add a full spoonful of chicken they were trying to do half. The white rice was undercooked, the hot salsa was not even hot at all. Truly disappointed! The staff was nice, but the quality of the food was horrible.

I had gift cards to use on an mobile order, but there was no option on the app to pay with gift cards. We asked if we could use the gift cards when we got there, and all the manager told us was that there was nothing she could do. Chipotle disappoints once again.

JUST DON’T! I told myself I was done eating at this Chipotle because they are ALWAYS out of something either crispy tortillas or chips or some piece of tech is down. Then my dumbass ordered on Doordash without thinking and I waited 20 minutes before the restaurant called me to tell me they are out of sofritas This was after the restaurant confirmed the order so I couldn’t get a refund thru the app. When I called the restaurant you get a recording that they can’t do anything about delivery orders and you can’t speak to their staff. At least the server and the doordash chatbot offered me a replacement and I got something. To be clear this doesn’t reflect poorly on the staff or delivery drivers- maybe management but definitely CHIPOTLE AS A COMPANY has slowly become….
