We used the drive thru late on a Wednesday night. We had to take my niece to the hospital for a minor infection. Once we were released, we were starving and White Castle was the only available place we could all agree on.. We were close to closing time but the attendant didn’t mind taking our order. She was very polite and helpful. When we got to the window we had to wait about 10 minutes for our food. But that was ok as we knew that would mean our food would be freshly cooked. The people waiting behind us didn’t seem to mind either. I suspect they knew about a wait before driving there. The food was fresh and omg HOT! But visiting around 1 or 2an is the best time to get some white castles!

I frequent this restaurant usually late at night and on the weekends. This restaurant is understaffed, and the people are being worked to death….
Somehow, they’re still keeping their demeanor and we’re friendly well most of the time there was one time when one of the ladies was rude and I walked out, but we won’t hold that against them . Maybe she was having a bad day.
Out of the last 10 visits, I would say none of them were perfect .
The people behind the counter actually helped me make a decision about those new breakfast sandwiches that I had never tried. They were great.
I also like the fact that they have Coca-Cola products .
I often have coupons for this restaurant, which helps.
Two white castle Corporate I would say higher some more people if you get enough people in this restaurant, it would be a lot more successful. Take it from me.

Stopped today on our way to the children’s museum in Indy. I would like to say CUSTOMER SERVICE was GREAT!The food however, not so much. Ordered a 30pk, 4 with cheese and pickle only, 4 absolutely plain. EVERYTHING IN THAT BOX HAD ONION ALL OVER IT WHICH LED TO ONION ON EVERYTHING ELSE! we all ate 1 and put the in the back of the truck. Once home I took each one out and “dusted” the onion off the best I could! Good grief. I truly believe whoever cooked our order dumped the ENTIRE bowl of onion on them! The pictures do NO justice. There is onion EVERYWHERE! As a family, I don’t think we will stop there again particularly for this reason.

Solid spot when the craving hits! The sliders are exactly what you expect—hot, fresh, and tasty. Service is usually pretty quick, and the staff is friendly. It’s not fancy dining, but it’s White Castle, and it hits the spot every time.
Bonus—they do a cute Valentine’s Day dinner that you can make reservations to attend. It’s dorky, but also super cute.

On 9/27/2025 I went to the drive theu and after a couple of minutes of waiting to hear somebody on the speaker I said hello and was told ot would be a few moments. After a full five minutes I again said hello and a voice told me it would be a few more moments. I asked how long and was told 30 minutes and their reasoning was they had two buses. I didn’t see any buses in the area around the restaurant so I was left to assume they had called in an order. A totally unsatisfactory experience so we drove off and will not return to this White Castle again.

The lady at the cash register at the Bloomington location was very nice. I have Alpha-gal syndrome an allergy to all mammal meat. I wanted onion on my Deluxe Crispy chicken slider, I told her about my allergy and she personally made sure my food was safe from cross contamination. It’s nice when you can see that someone is trying to make sure your food is safe.

It WAS a favorite stop while passing through Bloomington.
Cleanliness has decreased, service has slowed, atmosphere gone down hill.
Freestyle machine pretty much useless since barely any choices.
Sigh.

Best White Castle we’ve been to in years. Who doesn’t like a hot, fresh White Castle burger? This place has them. Far better than other locations.
The staff is pleasant, professional, and efficient. Food is always perfect.
The store is way too small, including their parking lot.
If the lot and building were bigger, it would have been 5 stars.

i think I’ve seen one in California but never tried it. I’ve seen it here many times but never tried. days ago I finally did. first and foremost I commend only 3 staff for being quick. i see how the young lady cooked the burger sliders, it was something, she didn’t need a help. but I saw how my order was done by the guy, is it how it is done? only the bread was put in like a manual toaster but the plant base meat and other stuff were taken from the small fridge and put inside the bread and that’s it ? there is one thing I saw that made me cringe, while they are all busy that the young lady was trying to put the bread to the carton, somehow it manage to feel out of the carton to the stainless steel top where they would prepare stuff. so she reacted and told the guy that it skipped out of the carton but she still put it back and with all the orders put it in the white Castle bag….
I still have two of the sliders in the fridge. i admire their fast hands working and the management to make sure that it’s clean should have at least anothet stuff because the other guy, the cashier also helped in making it or putting it in the bag and taking cards or cash….

Definitely the cleanest White Castle I have ever been to. It is easy to reach from I-69 too. The food was hot and fresh. Great!

Everytime in my past three visits they have shorted me food I paid for. One of the times I was already across town and had to turn around and come back. So wasted gas because they didn’t pay attention to detail The lady manager talks really nice to you but has a huge attitude problem and treats customers as if she’s talking to her friends in a negative way. And they have issues ringing your food up properly thus an issue getting the order correct. Really don’t recommend this location unless you just really have a taste for white castle burgers because it’s the only one in Bloomington. So in update I went today to buy a six-pack for $4 and a 12-piece ring for $3.99 and was made to pull up without even getting my burgers because I needed to make fresh nuggets I asked for my burgers which I ordered special with extra onion and extra pickle which I always do, they made me pull up I asked for my burgers she gives me burgers with no onion and not extra pickle. So I go inside show me the burgers they make fresh ones nuggets and they gave me my nuggets and make me wait for the burgers and like I said it was shorted two nuggets am I still had the car that was behind me sitting at the window but I had to pull up without my food. When I got the food the onions were dried up and I don’t eat the meat and I will add a photo. Thanks for my dinner tonight I’m not very happy!!!! So I guess this is my supposed to be my extra extra onion extra pickle which I overemphasized.
