These chicken tenders are not enjoyable. The Chipotle BBQ seasoning is WAYYYY too much. I literally couldn’t eat more than 2. Your food cost on seasoning must be out of this world. If management is wondering why….here it is. Restaurant got a 2 star for other food i bought

I remember B-Dubs opening in Sanford back when I was in high-school. It was all the rage amongst us angsty teens. Somehow though I managed to avoid going for nine years. Dang I’m old. Anyhoo, I must say I was incredibly happy with my first time dining here! My lovely friend and I enjoyed multiple different flavors of wings, which they had a phenomenal deal on. Buy 10 get 10. Wowzers! For a poor bloak like myself I appreciate free food. Thank you ever so much to our effervescent waitress, Nickie for letting us know about the deal! Also, $10 for endless appetizers! That’s insane! The food was all delicious and the atmosphere was fun. One thing that really caught my attention was the tvs playing in the background. All were tuned to sports channels but one. It said is was competitive golf…but British golf? I’ll tell you this I’ve never been more intrested in a golf game than I was that evening. The English really know how to build suspense. One moment they were putting a ball. The next they were at a funeral. Then it was snowing and they were back to play golf again! ⛳️ What even is this sport?? Mans was hitting more snow than a ball. Anyways…back to bdubs. I had a delightful time and surely will return again. 10/10.

Let’s start with the positive. Good food, good atmosphere.
Now im taking straight from a take out perspective. I work nearby and occasionally order from this restaurant. There service is so slow, I will now no longer order there.
For instance tonight, ordered 10 wings, and some chips with salsa. Order placed at 712. App says to pick up at 730. (I know this resturant is slow, so I generally wait to pick it up). I went in at 750. I left at 815 with food. For 10 wings… chips that don’t require any cooking…
At 8 00 I was pretty frustrated. I asked the lady upfront about canceling my order, and she was very helpful about just canceling it. But she did make no effort to retain a customer or even save the order. Which is fine because I asked about canceling.

Would NOT recommend getting takeout from here as they dont seem to care about your order. This is only my 2nd review… ever.
And lastly, this happened on over 10 orders. This was not a one time thing. I finally just had enough and made the post and will not spend money there anymore.

I come here anytime I want a good cocktail & some good bar food in Sanford. Every other place closes at like 8pm lol. Love me some BWW! The servers and bartenders here are sooo sweet & always provide great service. They also have touchtunes!!! Bathrooms could use a remodel as they seem to break a lot but that isn’t the staffs fault come thru corporate!

YOU’RE BETTER OFF CHOOSING ANOTHER PLACE. Nothing is ever perfect, however I should have more than one issue in a visit nor should I have an issue every time I’ve at here. This is the 3rd time I’ve tried to eat at this location. The restaurant was fairly slow for lunch time. We went and ordered and the service was great. The food was mediocre. I ordered a drink but it never came so I had to cancel it. We had ordered 10 boneless jammin Jalepeno and it was mango habanero that came out. Overall, it was okay. Many kitchen mishaps have happened here before so I figured I’d leave a review and warn the next people who come eat here.

I’ll be honest, I have never been a huge fan of BWW. But this location has great staff and atmosphere. And the beer cheese steak, wraps, wing, Mac & cheese, onion rings, etc are all good. Great location.

I’ve been here several times, but writing this because of my most recent experience. I was placing an online order for pickup at a different location. The website is broken and I wasn’t able to submit the order after many attempts, ensuring I selected the proper location. After giving up, I placed the order through the mobile app….and forgot to ensure the proper location was selected. I didn’t notice until we arrived to pick up and there was no order. 100% my fault. I called this location, where my order actually ended up, and let them know what happened and that they can discard the order as I wasn’t coming. I did not ask for nor expect to receive my money back. They had the food ready and waiting for me, they did nothing wrong. Today I noticed that they had refunded the entire cost of the order back to my card. Thank you!
Also, if you’re going here to eat inside, bring a coat, hat, and gloves. It is VERY cold:)

We ordered a large variety of wings from takeout. Everything was delicious! The presentation of the takeout order was superior to most and the wings were sauced perfectly. My family really enjoyed the food, and we will definitely be eating from there again soon.

How broke is this chain that you have to charge for ranch? Not extra, just the ranch that used to come with an order of wings. Need to recoup cost of the remodel or what? We get takeout here definitely every Thursday and pretty regularly more than once a week spending at least $30 to $70 every week. I understand food costs go up but if that is what is keeping your store afloat, I can’t imagine the doors staying open much longer. And to top it off $1 per mini cup this is beyond ridiculous. What are ya’ll paying for ranch that justifies that kind of mark up to customers?

I don’t go here much and I won’t be much again. Went for lunch today, no wait for a table. Went to order and grab drinks, we got ID-ed ,yes. My ID was experted so I wasn’t able to have a drink. Anyways my friend gets a drink, tell me why the lady didn’t put any alcohol and then later tells us that. He asked for an alcoholic drink, show his ID. Was it because if my ID? And why not tell us that before. Pretty sure they charged us for an alcoholic drink. Paid for an alcoholic drink with no alcohol. I don’t think anyone would be okay with that am I right?
