After waiting over 25 minutes in the so-called waiting area because they allegedly “didn’t have nuggets,” I got home only to discover something unbelievable: after all that time, my $13 burger didn’t even have a bun.
How does a restaurant mess up something this basic? This level of incompetence is astonishing. It’s almost as if no one at this location is paying attention to anything. Truly one of the most careless and embarrassing experiences I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s.

Ive never had problems with the food, but they take FOREVER to get you your food. Every time I go it take so long. My husband went today and waited 25 minutes. Its also always so busy and im sure its because of how long it takes to serve people their orders. At this point id rather drive all the way to saratoga then to go here which is 5 minutes from my house

Came through and our smoothies were not full and when we asked for it to be fixed the kid said “sorry, that’s how the machine makes it…” like I have never been to a mcdonalds before. So unless something changed… will never order smoothies again from mcdonalds. Terrible service. And over $20 for these, they were watery and gross as well…

I don’t have many high hopes for a McDonalds but sometimes your son wants a happy meal so you go… This is the slowest “fast food” I have ever been to. I’m chilling in the drive thru and it’s been 30 minutes and I’m not even to the window yet. If I wouldn’t have already promised him a happy meal I’d leave but since I’ve paid on the app and since I promised here we sit….. stay tuned for accuracy and a total time in drive thru…. Total 32 minutes, cold fries, worker who said nothing to me at the window except for “I know crazy huh” when I told him it was a half hour. but a happy boy I guess….

This place seems brand new. They are busy even at 9pm. We sat in the drive through waiting to order for almost 10 min. Other cars seemed to go around us in the other lanes and we were told to just hold tight we’ll be right with you. Finally we ordered. The gal taking the order didn’t get it at first but eventually was able to get our items. The drive through was impersonal. Gave us it drives and had us pull forward. We did that pretty fast and then waited. We finally got it did all piled in to one big bag. Which is heard to go through. We left to where we are staying in there area for the day and sadly realized that we were missing items and that the fries were half full and had almost no salt. I realize this is fast food and a McDonalds yall but being that going to McDonalds is a rare treat I expected more and maybe too much?!?! 🙁

Every single time we come here they mess up our order. And we almost always submit our orders through the app for pickup (thinking this would be easier on the employees, clearly not!)
I wish I was joking when I say every time but I’m not.

Tonight the manager remade my entire order which was nice but there seems to be a huge lack of quality control here.
When I walked in tonight the lobby had food throw on the floor. Employees just sitting there not doing anything about it.
I wonder how long that milk jug was sitting there?

I think that if someone needs a quick and cheap meal, then this is the place to go. You can come in or through the drive-thru, and both are decently quick and easy. Sometimes with the drive-thru, they make you park aside to get your meal and sometimes can seem pointless and repetitive, but usually is because of their busy schedule. Coming inside is as easy as walking up to the screen, putting in your order and paying at the screen too. The wait is shorter than other places and is easy to pick up too. As for the food, if you’re picky about quality this may not be the place for you. But for those who just want a meal to eat, their food is really good compared to their quick meal prepping times and is worth the buck of it. The place itself is also a nice theme of the mcdonald’s brand, also with a playground for your little ones to work off wha they ate LOL! Anyways, overall is a nice place to hang out with friends, has decent food compared to their price, and is quick service depending on how busy they are.

There’s too much demand in Eagle Mountain and too little options. This McDonalds opened 3 days ago and it’s been packed ever since. Not sure how the owners planned ahead but they sure did it wrong!
I ordered on the drive thru – 1. They had no ranch. 2. They made me wait for a happy meal while giving happy meals and orders ro everyone else until I was the last one waiting and they finally got back to me – asking for my receipt cause they didn’t know what my order was. They gave me the wrong order at first and then made us wait.
The “buffalo” wrap – was a joke! I could’ve done it better at home. It was literally just a chicken tender wrapped in a cold tortilla with cold cheese inside.
Anyways – what a waste of money.

Fríes are cold and soggy every time at this location. Chicken nuggets taste like they’ve been sitting for two hours. Tasted like cardboard. Half the mayo was on the wrapped and outside of bun on my hot n spicy. I think today was the last straw. I won’t be back to this location! We couldn’t even finish the food.

Literally every time they send you around the corner to wait, they forget about you. Called after waiting 30 minutes, (couldn’t walk in due to surgery) and they brought it out right away, sister through the order to confirm it was ours before handing it off and an entire meal was missing. Would love to go back to get the refund, but not worth the hassle. Next time I’m going to politely decline being directed around the corner.
