Went Monday 9 February @ 2:30 am. The drive thru was very busy and I waited more than 45 minutes, which was especially frustrating because I was simply picking up a mobile order. My food was already cold by the time it was handed to me and I wasn’t about to ask the disgruntled cashier for my entire order to be remade, as I was on my work break and had already gone over my time limit. The tacos were not made right; I had some of the worst runs of my life for a week straight after eating them. Avoid graveyard hours on weekends here.

While the access to this jacks in a little tedious, once you’re there it’s great! Fast service, great breakfast, and great customer service. Don’t let the area deceive you, this is a fantastic Jack’s.
The food was fresh (as fresh as fast could be of course), not over cooked, and hits the spot. Their iced coffee was a little sweet for my liking, but it was great nonetheless the less.
Next time I drive past, I will definitely be stopping by for their breakfast

Once again, at 8:00 in the morning, I went to this Jack in the Box to buy breakfast. This time I went inside, and there were three employees: a young woman, an older woman, and a man. Before ordering, I needed to use the restroom, so I asked the older woman if I could use it before placing my order. She replied that they were going to start charging for using the restroom, to which I responded that I was going to buy something and that she shouldn’t treat customers that way. That same woman had already served me with a very bad attitude another day when I went through the drive-thru. I don’t know who owns this Jack in the Box, but with employees like these, they won’t have any customers because they provide terrible customer service and are very, very rude.

Hello , I hate to do this but I think today has been the most I have been unsatisfied about ordering today at jacks. I’d just like to say that as I placed my order it seemed like the one taking my order was distracted. She adjusted my order 4 times after repeating myself clearly 4 times. I was specific and clear about it also to make it easy for her. Very easy order. Then till I came up the window the one who gave me my order repeated the order to me with the incorrect drink selection so I told them again very nicely I wanted cokes but as I got home I still got the incorrect drinks. It wasn’t busy so I didn’t understand how much they can mess up. I write this now just to remind that the team should serve exactly what is asked for in a respectful way because it’s not easy to give a bad review.

I’m here at 3:36 am on July 27. Waited about 15 mi minutes in line just to be told they are doing cash. Now I’m literally STUCK in the drive thru. Wow. Thanks for wasting my time and only taking cash and now forcing me to be stuck in the drive thru. I’d never come here again

Honestly, they were just disgusting. It was just soaking in fat, and the wheat was just way too crunchy.
Very depressing place to be also, interior is so sober and simple. Not inviting at all!

First the Mornings here are awesome, all the hustle and bustle makes you ready for the day! The sunrise is awesome as well over the 10 freeway. I think the Manager Andrea who is on the Morning shift is incredible! A employee who must have been menstrual took my order and I don’t eat pork so I specifically asked for no sausage on my croissant sandwich however my receipt and sandwich were wrong. So I went back for correct sandwich and did survey on the receipt and within hours got a call back to come back and receive my full meal correctly. I went back a week later and with no problem with the receipt got my correct order! Freaking awesome!
