**I am editing this to add a couple more stars. We ended up stopping here for dinner a few days ago and the service and food was great. As it usually had been when we visited the restaurant. I can’t leave them with one star due to the terrible experience we had ordering take out. I will never order take out from them again, but I have to commend them on the job well done when dining in.
We just ordered food to-go from this location. It’s was absolutely disgusting. We ordered 3 meals and spent 15 dollars per meal. Each meal was supposed to come with black beans. We only got 2 orders of black beans. Not that it mattered because they were inedible. They were hard, crusted over, moldy and cold. The vegan fish tacos – which are normally amazing and fresh – were also grossly discolored, hard as a rock, and tasted horrible. They didn’t give us any salsa although we ordered extra. I am appalled. This has always been one of my favorite restaurants. I am so, so disappointed. The guy at the register that took our order was very kind, so I guess that constitutes the one star rating I had to give.

The vegan fish tacos were very good. The breading was light and crispy, very close to a real battered fish. There are 3 specifically vegan options on the menu, which is really nice. If you’re looking for vegan food, check it out!

What I like the most is prompt and friendly service. My husband and I enjoy the atmosphere, they treat us as family. I love the fish tacos. Fish is lightly breaded and very tasty the dressing. My husband orders chile colorado since he enjoys spicy food. We usually recommend Los Tres Amigos to family and friends.

Another yummy dinner! I had my fav enchiladas suizas and my husband had the soft tacos with beef. I tried their frozen Margarita and loved it! Well-balamced!

Tres Amigos is a franchise but each restaurant seems special somehow. This Mason location is great. I met friends here for dinner on a snowy December night. Great to have hot Mexican food to warm the soul! The menu is extensive I went with Pollo Polenta (did I get the name right?) which was delicious and came in massive portions. I had a margarita with it. Total great food and drink! Staff were 100% on top of service, drinks and seeing to our needs It was a great night. Perfect place. Highly recommended.
