Good ice cream.
The food quality absolutely has been nose diving since the corporation bought this place like 15 years ago. 10? Whenever. I’m still bitter about it. Ice cream is now labeled “frozen dessert” at supermarkets even because they no longer qualify as ice cream. So… don’t come for quality food. Or quality “frozen desserts” I guess.
But that said, the ice cream is still nostalgic and I like to pop in every once in a while. It’s still nostalgic and nice even if I definitely notice the quality dip. That’s on the corporation, not this restaurant.
The restaurant is still a lovely place and has good workers and that’s what I’m rating here. They make great sundaes.

Disappointing when I was a kid friendlys was this magical place. Its went down hill no wonder why almost all of them are closed. First of all the waitress was very old, and couldn’t remember half of the order. Never got a drink refill my daughter asked for hers several times. I had hair in my food. I asked for ice creams to go they made them for there as well as wrong ice cream flavors. Everytime we go there the food is not the best. It’s crazy when your 14 year old says I will never go again. There were only about four families there on a Wednesday night. Also it smelled like raw sewage.

Got complementary food poisoning here last year with the mediocre food. Tonight tried getting ice cream to go and it took a while, they made it incorrectly after clarifying, and then “fixed it” by failing to actually fully remove an additional unsolicited topping. If they don’t care about cross contamination for ice cream, it makes total sense how I got food poisoning here before. Avoid it, nostalgia isn’t worth it. Buy their ice cream in a supermarket if you want it, it’s cheaper.

My Waitress was Kaitlyn V, and let me tell you, she is the sweetest person ever. I came in alone after skateboarding in the heat, and she checked in on me to make sure I was ok and make sure that everything was good. And the food was amazing. And the ice cream, is of course delicious. I would give way more than 5 stars if I could.

Friendly’s was really a thing back in the day lol I havent been into a Friendly’s in almost a decade so we decided to stop by for the nostalgia. It was very heartbreaking to see the once overpacked restaurant, be empty with only us and another elderly couple having coffee. The food is super mediocre and with inflation, became overpriced.. $17 for a buffalo chicken wrap is kinda crazy. But it was definitely very Buffaloy and savory. My fiance got the Mac and cheese burger and it was surprisingly good.

Placed an order online and everything was super easy and smooth. The ice cream was absolutely amazing—so fresh and full of flavor. I love this place! Always hits the spot. Highly recommend!

I just picked up some ice cream for my and my fiancée and when she went to eat hers there was a hair inside the hot fudge. They randomly texted me a $5 off $20 or more on the next visit which is hilarious cooks and ice cream makers don’t wear hairnets and drop nasty hair in food and can’t even refund my card.

I won’t be coming back to this friendly’s. It’s very outdated and has a weird smell when you enter. I wasn’t a fan of anything, besides the ice cream.. I recommend ordering ice cream to go and skipping the food. My partner and I got the burgers, which neither of us finished… for an appetizer, we got the loaded cheese fries.. the fries themselves weren’t half bad, but the cheese sauce was questionable, we barely touched it. Another thing to mention is that the prices are high, which is just not worth it for Friendly’s.

Ordered a fribble through ice cream pick up side. $7.50. Put $0 for a tip because I wasn’t staying and it took them all of a minute to make it. Went home. Next day checking my bank app I notice the person added a tip for themselves and I have a separate charge for an extra $2. This is stealing. Your workers are stealing from your customers and I will not return to a company that does this. You guys have been going down hill for a while now. Wondering if this is a common occurrence to help keep the company afloat. INSANE THAT YOU WOULD STEAL FROM A PERSON IN THEIR YOUNGER 20’s
