I don’t like fast food, every now and then you have to. This Burger King has consistent picture perfect items, condiments and meat always taste fresh. Fries taste freshly made, no old cooking oil. The manager runs the kitchen like a restaurant chef and always attentive and tracking all the orders for speed and quality.

This past Wednesday went to get Whopper Wednesday. I had a problem with my app which the service person could not and didn’t want to get involved with although on another occasion, I have received assistance. Also would not permit me to get a free French fry with an over $5 order and it was on their app. The lady said it doesn’t apply to this store! Therefore, could not get the Whopper Wednesday with my friends; Totally disappointed with this place which I loved in the past. Now on my puke list. This is what happens when you hire a bunch of Androids who have little to no customer service skills. This occurred Wednesday night around 9:30.

I still feel that they make the best burgers with that open flame grilling method. It adds that hint of backyard BBQ to it. I also think they have the best french fries where you can taste the potato because of a thicker cut. They also are still offering great paper coupon deals as well as online. The service and atmosphere here was very friendly. My favorite fast food burger chain.

I just had to share that at this location no matter what day or time I have visited I have had the best experience. The orders are all was correct they are extremely patient at the drive through (admittedly I can be slow or indecisive) and they are alway pleasant and kind. Much appreciated. It’s rare to get this customer service these days!! Thank you all!!!

The drive thru service is quick & professional. The onion rings weren’t well prepared, but the burgers were good. On my next visit a few days later a huge delivery truck blocked the drive-thru forcing me to order inside. There are self ordering stations at the counter. After placing my order and standing by for several minutes I made a few disappointing observations. #1. My self order didn’t register. #2. Staff relatively unattentive. #3. Although cleaning was commencing behind the counter (mopping etc), the amount of dust inside beverage dispenser was unacceptable. The dust build up was so heavy that it likely produced the state of failure causing the repair attention. See photos. Needless to say, I did not receive or re-order an entree.

Went there today. 1st didn’t taste salt on fries. I ordered the Bacon King burger, man when I tell you that there was next to no condiments on my sandwich. It was as dry as the sun surface. Its was horrible. This time was unfortunate but this has to get better thank you. I took two bits out of this sandwich.
